This villa is located 25 minutes from the international airport, and is also convenient for all of the main shopping malls, waterbomb park, and tourist attractions such as the dramatic and venerated Tanah Lot sea temple, perched on a craggy wave-lashed rock at the edge of the foaming white surf of the Indian Ocean.

This villa is a peaceful, luxurious, 5-bedroom residence designed with the flexibility to accommodate groups of up to 10 adults, or 4 adults accompanied by up to 12 children. With its sophisticated ambiance, it is ideally suited for discerning groups of friends or families who want to experience the very best of Bali.

The Villa is nestled in the heart of the Batubelig area, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach on Bali 's south-western coast, and just a few minutes' drive from the trendy Seminyak area, with its glamorous lifestyle and wide choice of top, internationally-acclaimed restaurants.

Bordered by rice fields, the setting is serene and beautiful, within a neighbourhood that is home to some of the most prestigious properties on the island. On a clear day, the vista is blessed with the magical sight of the mountains. The nearby beaches are renowned for their world-class surf breaks and panoramic coastline views.

Batubelig Beach is quiet and peaceful, while Seminyak Beach is the playground of the rich and famous; the spot where the local and expatriate communities gather every evening to enjoy Bali 's legendary sunsets. This villa was designed by the internationally- acclaimed architect, Guy Morgan, with sumptuous interiors and scaping by Dean Kempnich. The property is entered through an ornately framed wooden doorway, behind which stands a Balinese Hindu feature known as the??aling' ??a short screen wall devised to protect the property from troublesome and malign influences, because evil spirits have great difficulty in turning corners!

A waterfall cascades into the pool producing a ??like??view across the pool to the feature bale. This also has the effect of producing gasps of surprise and delight from the guests as they step past the wall and view the property for the first time. Boasting contemporary minimalist architecture and a tropical open-living concept with Balinese influences.

This villa is nestled within the beautiful agricultural belt between Kuta and Tanah Lot, an area that is home to some of the most luxurious private residences on the island. The sweeping beach is renowned for its panoramic coastline views and legendary sunsets; it has some world-class surf breaks but the currents are strong and it can be dangerous for swimming.

Fishermen? ? bamboo huts and colourful ? ? fishing boats line the beach; this is where they sell their catch every morning, ensuring that fresh fish is always readily available for guests staying at the villa. The trendy Seminyak area, with its wide choice of international restaurants ??including the famous Ku D Ta and Warisan is a mere twenty minutes drive away.

The villa is complete with swimming pool and located just 50 metres from the beach in the tiny fishing village of Nelayan ? ? literally meaning ? ? ? ? close to Canggu on Bali? ? southwest coast. Designed to maximize the natural light and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living.

There are numerous relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet. In fact, a large family or group of people could stay at the villa and still lose each other within its depths. In addition to this, guests have the choice of a number of different eating areas, all of which present a unique atmosphere.

The magnificent Living & Dining Room is the central focus of the villa; it is accessed by a grand flight of Palimanan stone steps leading up from the pool terrace, in addition to another staircase located near



the front door. This long room is characterised by a polished wood floor with a terrazzo border under a soaring dark timber roof. Colourful local artwork adorns the walls and at one end sliding glass doors open onto a verandah with a gorgeous ocean view. As soon as these doors are opened, the room is filled with cool sea breezes accompanied by the melodious sound of the waves. A set of folding glass doors above the central staircase can be opened to increase the effects of the cross ventilation, and the room is also equipped with four pendulous steel ceiling fans. When the doors are closed, guests have the option of air-conditioned comfort.

The living area is on the seaward side of the room, furnished with a long sofa, scatter cushions, ottomans, a coffee table, an arching chrome standard lamp, and a dark wood cabinet housing a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and quality sound system.

The villa is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes an in-house chef, butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and security guards operating on a 24-hour shift basis.

The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests. The housekeepers fulfill all of the housekeeping duties while also taking care of the daily laundry. Baby-sitting and massage services and the facilities of a car and driver are also available on request at an extra charge.
