work for renovation and code compliance of the Seminole Classic Casino project in Hollywood, Florida.

The Atkins team was responsible for the civil engineering services associated with the project, including

stormwater design, parking lot, traffic, foundation and layout for temporary tent, utilities, landscaping, and

irrigation design around the cypress tree, fire protection, and permits, among other responsibilities.

This project was complex and involved a very tight schedule. Thanks to the collaboration and professionalism of

your company’s staff, led by Mr. Michael McDermott, Project Manager, and the participation of Cartaya and

Associates and Giovanetti Shulman Associates staff, the project was completed successfully, on time and on

budget.
