• May 8-9 – SENIOR EXAMS– Make sure you are exempt!

• May 9 – SENIOR AWARDS NIGHT

Obligations

•As long as you owe money to SRHS you will not receive your graduation tickets OR your cap and gown!

Ceremony Information

• Each grad receives 7 tickets at Senior Checkout

• Additional tickets will be available after rehearsal

• Graduates must be in the Expo Center at 7:30

• Doors for guests open at 7:00 and close at 8:45.Reopen after processional

• All bags will be searched; clear bags are suggested for guests

• This is an important day for you and your family.

• We will have a dignified, respectful ceremony.

What to wear• Cap and gown; tassel on the right

• Look sharp

• Dresses should not fall below the hem of the grad gown

• Dark pants: black, navy, dark brown

• Dark shoes: black, navy, dark brown; also silver or nude color for ladies

• Button down shirt and tie

• Nowhere to store purses, phones, etc.

Guest Information

• NO– Flower deliveries

– Balloons or signs

– Airhorns or other noisemakers

– Smoking

– Use of electrical outlets

– Food or beverages

• Guests who disrupt the ceremony will be escorted out

• DEADLINE FOR ONLINE CREDIT SUBMISSION: MAY 3– FLVS, Edgenuity, etc.

• Do you have all your credits?

• Do you have at least a 2.0?

• Have you passed FSA, ACT, or SAT, Algebra 1 EOC (or PERT)?

• Have you submitted at least 20 community service hours?

• Are you walking across the stage on May 17?
