Topics include parts of the paddle, comparing the on-water benefits of paddles & basic paddling instruction. 11:30-12:30 Layering for the Conditions with Jean Slade of NRS. Whether staying dry in the morning mist, managing moisture on your workout, keeping the sun at bay or staying warm when completely soaked, there is gear out there to help you stay comfortable.
