Seminar Series Trifold Brochure
An overlay brochure was designed to ac-commodate changing text from week to week announcing each of the 20 visiting speakers throughout the academic school year. Choosing to print the brochure shells in two colors and the overlay in one color served the dual-purpose of keeping printing cost under budget while helping to maintain Cornell’s visual identity.

Discussion during Reception
The Advisory Board to the Cornell Program in Real Estate was established by
the Program’s Charter with a mission to help direct and assist the Program
in fulfilling its vision and goals. Membership of the Advisory Board consists
primarily of Cornell graduates that are company chairpersons, presidents,
principals, partners, CEO’s and other key industry executives, and who
represent real estate industry and geographic diversity. The Board plays
a critical role in advising on academic issues, such as the relevancy of the
curriculum to industry needs, serving as a vehicle for linkages with the real
estate community, advocating on behalf of the program, lecturing, provid-
ing resource and mentoring support, and more.
