In Handicap International's Inclusive Employment Policy the 7 modality have been mentioned. In regards to the:

"Modality 2 - Developing businesses and the capacities of entrepreneurs, Modality 4 - Constructing a favorable environment for the inclusive employment of people with disabilities and Modality 7 - Supporting employers in the recruitment of people with disabilities", are there any standards and techniques developed by Handicap International for the capacity building of the service providers and other employers with special focus on work place modification including the technical aspects. Few examples from other countries on work place modification initiatives would be helpful to understand clearly and also implement the same in Nepal's context.
