Watson Realty Referral sales associate, I am here to guide you along the way.

Selling your home is important
• Ask yourself why you want to sell. Your reason could impact the negotiating process. So you should discuss in private with your realtor the reasons. It could be a job move, or the need for more space.
Staging is dressing the house
• Makes your house • look bigger• Brighter• Cleaner• Warmer• Makes home buyers want to buy
Improve your home’s value
• The rule is that buyers seek the least expensive home in the best neighborhood that they can afford
• You want a home that is not overly improved.• Cosmetic improvements, such as paint, wallpaper, and
landscaping help a home show better• Mechanical repairs, to insure that all systems and
appliances are in good working condition
Improve or Toss
• You must look at your home through the eyes of a prospective buyer and determine what needs to be cleaned, painted, repaired and tossed out.
Getting your house seen by Buyers
• Your Agent will prepare a CMA to give you an idea of what other homes in your area are selling for
• Your house will be put on MLS (Multiple Listing Service)• Other agents will be able to show your house to their clients
• Your house will be seen on multiple websites such as• Trulia, Realtor.org, Zillow
• Your Agent will hold an Open house
Sold• Once we have found buyers, we will
negotiate for the best price for your home
• We will prepare the closing papers and prepare you for the closing.
Closing
• This is the meeting where the transaction is finalized. I will guide you through all closing procedures to make your home offically sold
