A little shop located in the center of the city, selling various kind of chocolates all over the world-nicely presented.
The use of material Glass was the ideal solution when light is at a premium. The glass staircase add an air of exclusivity and design elegance. The sleek look and the clean lines of the glass steps created a look that got noticed. When glass was combined with stainless steel fittings it created a walkway connecting the two levels.
The proper use of light in the display area made it very live and attractive.

At the core of this apartment design lies the principle of Human-‐conscious space management. By neatly balancing occupied areas with the space for movement – while taking care of the aesthe5c benchmarks decided at planning stage – this apartment was designed to obtain the look of a ‘compact infinity’ for its occupants. For a sizeable Indian family, it was essen5al to have privacy of each member without sacrificing the visual connec5on. Hence, the ‘square family spaces’ (kitchen, dining, living) were divided into 2 rectangles by a low height par55on to define circula5on as well as to maintain visual access. On macro level, the apartment height was aligned with the length by a maintained ra5o through keeping the ceiling design minimum. Certain openings were cut down to maintain the opening ra5o while grooves were used to define or differen5ate spaces by using aesthe5cally appealing elements like grou5ng in 5les, ceiling etc. A transcendental sort of component, the buffer spaces like foyers and study were created before bedrooms which acted as intervals between two different 5mes and spaces for the occupants of the apartment. Accentua5ng the central shade of white, other surface make-‐up like laminates or color of furniture was kept to maintain minimalist look. Add-‐on elements like pain5ngs and wall paper were kept in tandem with the en5re aesthe5c to give a holis5c visual iden5ty.

This is a single-level residential flat covering an area of 3740 sq ft.. The interior of the house was under taken for the old age couple. The house is based on the British colonial architectural theme. The house has low ceiling height, and still meeting the client’s requirements: centrally HVAC system with minimum false ceiling levels, was the major botheration.
The clients requirements were a home theatre and a master bedroom with a lounge, to achieve these requirements major civil change were made like merging of two bedrooms etc.
