INTRODUCTION 1

As you know, national service has entered the 11th yearsince its inception in 2004.

NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING has four modulesincluding physical module, module Nationalism, BuildingModule Character and Community Service Module.

FIRST AID

In the first aid course you will be introduced first aidequipment and the use of the tool.

After that, you will be introduced to the types of cuts,type of fracture, shock, poisoning and others. And afteryou have that, then you are taught the techniquescorrectly wraps and what should you do when facingwith the actual situation.

For example, if you stumbled upon an unconscious andneeded cpr, you should know how to do cpr and knowshow pressure and breathing exhaled you had to do.

WATER TRAINING

For water training courses, you will be exposed to thetechniques of proper swim.

Monitoring will be done by the facilitator when you dowater activities and if there is a weakness they willimprove the deficiencies. other than that, rescuetechniques will be taught proper to avoid things gowrong.

For example if a trainee drowned during water trainingprogresses, the lessons you have learned during thecourse can you use to save someone's life.

HIGH ROPES

High ropes activity that is liked and verydangerous if we do not have expertise in this area.

In this course, you are taught to handle activities,taught about the equipment and use, and muchmore. In addition, you will also be taught how tomake a proper bond because in this activity youwill use it during this activity runs especiallyduring the rescue.

Examples of such high ropes, Catwalk, Burmabridge, flying fox and abseiling.

PHYSICAL FITNESS

Physical fitness is the capacity and ability to performdaily physical activities without getting tired. Accordingto Bompa (1983) level of physical fitness can be tracedthrough the willingness and ability of the individual to doany physical activity where the measuring andevaluation can be performed when the body works understress and physical ability.

In physical fitness courses, teachers will be introduced

to exercises used in the camp for example aerobics,senamseni and static exercise.

MARCHING EXERCISES

The purpose of marching is character development, self-forming skills, form of leadership and self-confidence

and develop a spirit of cooperation within the group.

In the course of marching teachers will be taught how toproperly march, marching sentence using the language,and learn the movements in this marching.

MARTIAL ARTS

TTS is a martial art (SMD)

Taught to military personnel it is used to close or close

quarter situations.

Possession techniques TTS is due to defend themselveswhen necessary in all circumstances one should not beproud of when to capture the knowledge of self defense.

The purpose of martial arts is to build self-confidence

discipline and cultivate the habit of keeping healthythrough exercise.

NAVIGATION

Navigation is also one of the lessons in the moduleJLKN. In this navigation, we are taught how to

look at the map, find bearings, find directions,counting back bearing and others.

You will move in a group to find the things thathave been hidden from you.

For example You will be given a compass and you

should find a bearing that was given by yourcoach.

The courses provided by JLKN a self-development program.With these courses we can build self-confidence to face

challenges without fear.
