Course Policy
Attendance policy: Although there are no grades for attendance
in this course, attendance is mandatory forparticipating in class discussions and carryingout class activities.
Attendance will be taken twice each session,at the beginning of the session and after thebreak.
NOBODY will be admitted to class after 15minutes of class start time. If you are late atthe beginning of class and cant be admitted
to class, you can still attend the rest of thesession after the break.

Cell phones Your cell phones should be set to silent,
vibration, or off mode. If your phone goesoff during class time, you will be sent outand taken absent for the session.
Food and drinks in class All types of food, snacks and gum are
NOT allowed during class time. Yet, waterand hot drinks are allowed.

Important Notes
For each assignment and class task, the instructors willdistribute an assignment description sheet with all therequirements of the task, due date, and the distribution of
grades.
All class tasks will be done electronically and submitted toyour respective course instructor as soft copy at the end ofclass. This means that each team should have one laptopin class to do the task.
It is the students responsibility to keep track of importantdates of class tasks, assignments and presentation.
Students need to check their e-mails and the class page onegypteducation.org regularly for announcements andmaterials.
