    level crossings (RLC) occurs over 1200 traic accident in which lie loses !ore than "00 people# $n

    addition to the tunnel and speciic locations that are identiied as %lac& spots on the roads' RLC have

    %een identiied as potential wea& points in road inrastructure that signiicantly eopardie traic

    saety# $n *er%ia e+ists a%out 2,-0 RLC' one o which is part the secured %y syste!s o active and

    passive saety (traic signs' light signals' sound signals' %arriers' etc##)# $nsurance RLC is a !aterial

    e+penditure# .he RLC selection process or installation o security e/uip!ent acco!panied %y a

    greater or lesser degree o criteria vagueness that are necessary or !a&ing the relevant decisions#

    or e+ploitation these uncertainties and vagueness in this paper was used uy logic# .his paper

    presents the application o a new !ethod o !ulticriteria decision!a&ing (ultiAtri%utive Real

    $deal Co!parative Analysis AR$CA)' which represents support in the selection process or RLC to
