Ground Rules

� No more than 2 applications for company-based awards– Customer Service– Innovation and Creativity– Productivity and Quality– Technological Achievement

� Not open to HKSAR Government’s departments� Restrictions on project-based entries

– Only Certificate of Merit might be considered on a project basis, but the project should be implemented on a long-term basis (e.g. one year)

� Restrictions on repeated winners for the next 2 years– Grand award winners – not eligible for any award in same category– Other winners – only higher award will be granted in same category
