The system automatically shifts the students from open to in progress and from in progress to in review.

Once we have selected the EP, the EP manager puts the student on raised stage (manually) and inserts the EPID

in the student data.

Plan in introduction days or times per EP manager

Introduction day: first meeting with EP manager, set expectations, explain further the process, plan in activities, plan in weekly calls,

raise in system, explain how to use the system

Manage bookings by EP manager team leader

Assessment IntegrationEnglish Test Integration - We have started working with EF to integrate an English

competency test to the OP to speed up selection - Timeline for launch is at IPM. - First priority is English, then Spanish, German and EF is currently developing the tests for Portuguese and Mandarin.
