Terms and Conditions for “Selected Merchant Offer(s) at Harbour City” (the “Promotion”)

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from 30 April 2018 to 24 June 2018 (both dates inclusive).

2. Unless otherwise specified, to be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders of the following credit cards (“Cardholders”) issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), Standard Chartered Credit Card and its Co-branded Card, MANHATTAN Credit Card and its Co-branded Card (except Standard Chartered Business Card and Standard Chartered Corporate Card) ("Eligible Cards") are required to present or settle payment with (as the case may be) the Eligible Cards within the Promotion Period at the designated merchants ( “Merchants”) outlets located in Harbour City (“Merchant Outlets”). Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders settling payment with Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card, Standard Chartered WorldMiles Card and credit cards issued by the Bank are also eligible for the Promotion provided that the designated merchants’ relevant shops accept them for payment. Harbour City Estates Limited and Merchant Outlets staff may ask the Cardholders to show their Eligible Card for verification.

3. Offers are only available at the Merchant Outlets located in Harbour City.4. Quota applies on all complementary/free products and/or services. All

complementary/free products and/or services are available while stock lasts. The Bank, Harbour City Estates Limited and Merchants accept no liability whatsoever for any loss of complementary/free products and/or services, and any complementary/free products and/or services, once issued, will not be re-issued for whatever reason. Cardholders are entitled to receive the complementary/free products offered in this Promotion once only during the Promotion Period.

5. All issued offers cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed or resold. 6. Unless otherwise specified, offers cannot be used in conjunction with other

promotional offers, discounts, coupons, credit card, Brand VIP or Harbour City VIC Club discounts, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers whether offered by the Bank or Merchants.

7. The offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions set out by Merchants. Please call respective Merchants for details.

8. The offer(s) shall be terminated immediately upon closure of the relevant Merchant Outlets.

9. Personal data of cardholders may be collected by Merchants and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of Merchants. The Bank is not involved in any part of such data collection and usage. Please contact respective Merchants for related details.

10. All photos and product information are for reference only.11. Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the

products and/or services provided under or in connection with the offers offered in this Promotion. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products and/or services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the description of goods and/or services provided by Merchants, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection the products and/or services provided by Merchants, their respective employees, officers or agents.

12. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss of any products provided under or in connection with the offers offered in this Promotion and/or any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the offers.

13. The Bank, Harbour City Estates Limited and the respective Merchants reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate any offers and amend these terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes in connection with the offers, the decision of Harbour City Estates Limited and the respective Merchants shall be final and binding.

14. In case of any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese versions of this letter, the English version shall prevail.
