And from here, the initiative of “Inta Gadha” was initiated, through which we wanted to encourage the Abu Dhabi government employees to pursue a healthy lifestyle by losing weight, which will reflect positively on their overall health and decrease the possibility of developing chronic diseases and cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, this will also impact their work performance positively. Therefore, SEHA launched two competitions under the initiative of “Inta Gadha”. The first one targeted the government entities within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with 21 government entities participating in it. We also announced a competition particularly for SEHA and its business entities employees, with participants from 9 business entities as well as the Corporate Office, bringing the total number of contestants in the initiative of “Inta Gadha” to approximately 1,150 contestants. The “Inta Gadha” competition is the first competition of its kind at the government entities level for weight loss. The competition reflects our values and SEHA’s role in raising health awareness among individuals by encouraging Abu Dhabi government employees to adopt a healthy lifestyle and pursue a happy & positive lifestyle, in order to create a healthy work environment free from diseases and encouraging achievement & career excellence. We look forward to the results of the competition and the announcement of government entities and individuals, in addition to honoring the most interactive entity on social media channels, where prizes have been allocated to the winners. I would like to thank AHS and the project team for their effective management of the competition in the participating entities which have shown a great impact on the entities interaction and engagement with the competition I invite you all to adopt a healthy lifestyle, as health can never be compensated for a price, and always remember that you are up for it ”Gadha”.
