    Simple guide to completing your Self Evaluation Form

    Introduction

    Self evaluation is a crucial process in raising standards. Most middle managers are now involved in self-evaluation and have to complete a subject Self evaluation form (SEF) which reuires!

    judgments about the e"ectiveness of #our provision in promoting standards and personal development and

    wellbeing of its learners

    an accurate diagnostic document with all conclusions full# supported b# evidence

    an indication of $e# strengths and areas for development

    an e%planation of what measures that are being putting in place to address #our realistic priorities to feed into

    action plans for sustainable improvement or areas for development&improvement.
