Event types

Several configurable by administrator event types• eg. public, private, exam, holiday, lesson, etc.

Each event type has its own default target users (users that will see this event)

Each user has right to create private events, and optionally, some of the other types (rights depend on user role, configured by administrator)

• recurrence rules

• set of target users

• set of reminders for every single user

Reminders

Reminds the user for upcoming event Added manually by every single user,

that is allowed to see the event (is member of the targets of the event)

Up to 3 reminders per event per user Different delivery method of the

reminder: Skype, SMS, Facebook, Portal Notification
