“Seed”Old-time farmers spoke of “going to seed” to refer to a plant that was not harvested when its fruit was ripe, but instead allowed to fully mature to produce “seed”

for the next crop. This got me to thinking.

Consider some Bible “seed” passages with me….

“Seed and

Seeds”

The Point? One of the illustrations the Bible uses to show the way to heaven for us and others, is the “Seed.”• It produces after its kind.• This is true of both Satan,

and the Savior.• We are the products of

“seed of the Savior” or the “seed of Satan,” 1John 3:4-10.

• We likewise sow seeds of Satan or the Savior, which will reproduce “after their kind.” Which are you? Which are

you sowing?
