WASHINGTON – Paul Manafort,former chairman of President DonaldTrump’s campaign, pleaded guilty Fri-day to two felony conspiracy chargesand reached an agreement to provide“complete cooperation” with specialcounsel Robert Mueller’s probe of Rus-sian interference in the 2016 election.
