PRECAUTIONS:·Avoid inhalation of spray mist.·Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. In case of accidental eye contact flush with plenty of clean water.·Wear rubber gloves and boots and face shield when handling concentrate.·Wash with soap and water after handling the containers.·Wash contaminated clothing daily.·Avoid drift of spray mist onto other crops, grazing, rivers and dams and areas not under treatment.·Clean applicator thoroughly after use and dispose of wash water where it will not contaminate crops, grazing, rivers & dams.·Prevent contamination of food, feedstuffs, drinking water and eating utensils.·Invert empty container over the spray or mixing tank and allow to drain for at least 30 seconds after the flow has slowed down to a drip.Thereafter rinse the container three times with a volume of water equal to a minimum of 10% of that of the container. Add rinsings to the contents of the spray or mixing tank.

·Reseal containers immediately after use, store unused product away from food.·Do not handle other types of insect lures before or after application without thoroughly washing hands. Place monitoring traps in the orchard before handling CheckMate® FCM-F.

·Destroy empty container and do not use for any other purpose.

VOORSORGMAATREËLS:·Voorkom inaseming van spuitnewel.·Voorkom aanraking met die vel, oë en klere. In geval van aanraking met oë, spoel deeglik met skoon water.·Dra rubberhandskoene en -stewels en gesigskerm wanneer konsentraat hanteer word.·Was met seep en water na hantering.·Was besoedelde klere daagliks.·Voorkom wegdruiwing van spuitnewel na ander gewasse, weiding, riviere, damme en areas nie onder behandeling nie.·Maak spuittoerusting deeglik skoon na gebruik en raak van waswater ontslae waar dit nie gewasse, weiding, riviere en damme sal besoedel nie.·Voorkom besoedeling van voedsel, voer, drinkwater en eetgerei.

·Keer die leë houer om oor die spuit- of mengtenk en dreineer vir minstens 30 sekondes nadat die vloei tot 'n drup verminder het. Dosage 110 ml/ha

RemarksApply as a ground application using a water volume of 20-50l per hectare. Apply iin the top 1/3 of the tree canopy. Apply at or just prior to first peak in moth emergence, or when moth captures are first detected in pheromone traps [November/December]. Application frequency [4-6 sprays]& timing will depend on infestation levels. Do not exceed 21-28 day intervals between sprays- Consult the supplier for details. A follow up spray may be necessary in the event of rain or overhead irrigation in order to maintain effective mating disruption.

NOTES:1.Mating disruption works best under conditions of moderate to low False Codling Moth

[FCM] infestations. Moth populations must therefore be kept at a low level with chemical sprays and orchard sanitation throughout the season when using the pheromone disruption technique.

2.Population levels should be monitored during the season by means of pheromone traps and by regularly monitoring fruit infestations. The use of supplementary insecticide application may be necessary during the course of the season.

3.Mated FCM females may move in from adjacent orchards and result in larvae infesting fruit. A buffer zone is therefore recommended by spraying a 50 m wide strip around the periphery of the orchard under disruption with a suitable insecticide programme.

NOTAS:1.Paringsontwrigting werk die beste onder toestande van lae Valskodlingmot (VKM)

besmettingspeile. Motpopulasies moet dus deur die seisoen op 'n lae vlak gehou word deur gebruik te maak van plaagbeheermiddles en boorsanitasie, wanneer die paringsontwrigting tegniek gebruik word.

2.Besmettingspeile moet deur die seisoen gemoniteer word met behulp van feromoonlokvalle asook deur middel van monitering van vrugbesmetting. Indien nodig moet ‘n geskikte insekdoderbespuiting deur die seisoen toegedien word.

3.Bevrugte VKM wyfies van naburige boorde mag inbeweeg en besmetting van vrugte deur larwes kan daarop volg. Dit word aanbeveel om ‘n baan van 50m breëd rondom die omtrek van die boord onder paringsontwrigtingbehandeling met 'n geskikte insekdoderprogram te bespuit.

Dien toe net voor of met eerste motbeweging of wanneer eerste motte in feromoonvalle gevind word.
