In connection with our evaluation, the Technical Working Group (TWG) is submitting its recommendation regarding the provision of security services.

The results of careful examination and evaluation of the TWG of the technical and financial proposals submitted by the bidders are attached for your reference.

In view thereof, Redbird Security Agency and Services, Inc. is found to have submitted the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid.

C. RECOMMENDATION

After thorough review of the submitted requirements, technical specifications and financial proposal of the bidders for the Security Services, the BAC-TWG found out that Redbird Security Agency and Services, Inc. which aside from being compliant to the FPA set requirements had also proposed the lowest bid in the total amount of Php551, 362.42 (Five hundred fifty one thousand three hundred sixty two pesos and forty two centavos) for the three security guards in the whole duration of nine and one half months (9 ½ months) with the provision for utility supplies.

In view thereof, it is hereby recommended by the TWG that the Redbird Security Agency and Services, Inc. shall be declared as the winning bidder for its Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid.
