Dear CDS Elements,

This is to inform you that in continuation to the Securities and Exchange

Commission of Pakistan (SECP) emails regarding the subject matter,

thereby please find enclosed copies of the Gazette Notifications

(Government Directives) S.R.O. 257(I) 2017 dated March 13, 2017 and

S.R.O. 258(I) 2017 dated March 29, 2017 provided by SECP for

implementation of the provisions of attached S.R.Os. related

to entities/individuals of Iraq & Yemen Sanctions Committee of UN

Security Council’s List with immediate effect. A consolidated list is also

available at the UN sanctions committee’s website and can be accessed at

You are also requested to regularly visit the abovementioned consolidated

list (updated from time to time) to stay informed of such entities /
