FUNDING OF TILLEGRA DAM

• $300 million project– Charges for new development

• Typically around $1000/new lot within Hunter

– Increase in charges to existing customers– Commercial arrangements to be

negotiated between Hunter & Central Coast.

• Prices will not change until mid 2009

• North Stockton/Tomago Groundwater Reserves– Planning, environmental assessment and

concept approval to access groundwater.

– $1M Investigations

• Cost split between Hunter Water and Central Coast

• Hunter Water’s share of funding will be recovered through sales to Central Coast.
