Secur Max bands are printed using a standard laser printer and then adhered to the individual using a simple adhesive closure. The adhesive closure allows for infinite adjustment for size and easy application, however, adhesive closures can be picked open. Patent # 9,339,408 B2 To secure the band from removal and make for a more tamper proof identification band the Secure Loc Clasp is placed over the adhesive area making it inaccessible. The patented Secur Loc clasp has internal ribs to prevent sliding on the band and 4 locking mechanisms to lock the clasp shut. These clasps are not designed to be removed or reused making an unlocking mechanism irrelevant.
