    SUMMARY REPORT

    A. SITESelf-Evaluation Rating: 3.8

    The institution is located in an environment that is conducive to learning.The site is adequate for its present school population and adustments can

    !e made to handle e"pected normal future e"pansion.The school has adequate securit# measures and is accessi!le !# either

    private or pu!lic transportation through concrete roads.A site plan is displa#ed prominentl# in the campus indicating the locationof the different !uildings $ith the proper identification of the drive$a#s% par&ingareas etc.

    The campus is &ept in good condition and has a good appearance.There are alread# e"isting covered $al&s to protect the students against

    The campus is sufficient for outdoor activities% for holistic development ofstudents. 1evertheless% there is a need for the construction of a #mnasium.

    Environmental management activities are done outside the campus.There are some provisions for traffic safet#.There is a sufficient num!er of operational and $ell-located drin&ing

    facilities in the ground floor area.The campus is a no-smo&ing area.

    The !uildings are fireproof and fire escapes are readil# accessi!le froman# point of the !uilding and there are fire alarm s#stem installed in each!uilding.

    The !uildings are functionall# constructed in relation to their use. The#meet all requirements of the current !uilding code. A certificate of occupanc# isconspicuousl# displa#ed. 'uildings are planned for four stories onl#.

    Emergenc# evacuation e"its are adequate for calamities% earthqua&es%e"plosions% panic situations% etc. the corridors% door$a#s and alle#s are soconstructed to facilitate movement of traffic. The flo$ of traffic is not impeded.

    There is adequate ventilation throughout the !uildings.Toilets and lavatories are adequate.The !uildings and their amenities are attractive% clean% and $ell

    maintained.Electrical lines are safet# installed !ut not periodicall# chec&ed.The !uildings have no facilities for disa!led persons% as provided !# la$.

    A paging s#stem is not availa!le. 0o$ever% I)(( have a centrali5edintercom/telephone s#stem. There are ten radio transceiver communication held!# important &e# person in case of emergenc#.

    *orta!ilit# testing of drin&ing $ater is alread# conducted. And a 'io-sand6ilter proect $as implemented for naturall# h#gienic clean drin&ing $ater.

    6loor plans indicating fire e"its and locations of fire fighting equipment%stand pipes and other $ater sources are prominentl# displa#ed in each !uilding.There are readil# accessi!le fire e"tinguishers and other fire fighting equipment.

    All com!usti!le materials are properl# ta&en cared of and stored safel#.A periodic pest control inspection and eradication is !eing done at the

    canteen onl# since I)(( !uildings are made of concrete.

    There is a sufficient anitorial and maintenance staff $ith a proper$or&room and $ith equipment for cleaning% inspection and maintenance of the!uildings.

    )ost of the classrooms are of standard si5e. A sufficient num!er ofclassrooms is availa!le. The classrooms are clearl# mar&ed and arranged inrelation to their respective functions. The classrooms are adequatel# lighted andventilated. *la#ground noises or other e"ternal sounds affect ver# muchclassroom activities. There are adequate% functional and comforta!le classroomfurniture.

    There are sufficient chal&!oards% erasers and chal&ed !o"es in eachclassroom. Erasers and chal&ed are issued to each instructor ever# start ofsemester. (lassroom interiors are pleasant and dail# care is given to floors%furniture% chal&!oards % chal& tra#s% etc.

    The administrative 7ffices are all located at the stfloor of Administration

    'uilding.The si5es of the various administrative offices are adequate.There is no general office !ut a guardhouse near the entrance hall serves

    as an information and inquir# des& for visitors and students.All administrative offices are provided $ith computers% filing ca!inets%

    shelves and other appropriate office accessories.
