Mr. Nagappan Mr NAGAPPAN, B.Sc (USA), MBA (Aust), Certified NLP Practitioner (Aust), is an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer, consultant, author and motivation speaker. Nagappan’s areas of training specialty includes a wide spectrum of “soft skills” focusing on leadership, negotiations, management, supervisory development, personal development and NLP related aspects. He is the author of the book “The Negotiating Edge: Strategies to create a win-win outcome.” He has more than 18 years of hands-on experience in education and training, in most of which have been spent on “people development”. He had served as the Group Training Manager for several well-diversified public-listed manufacturing and service companies in Malaysia, where his focuses were on personal, professional and organizational development training. Besides that, he has also held the position of Director of Studies for a leading IT educational institution in Malaysia. Nagappan had obtained his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management and Information Technology from the United States (USA) and a MBA from Charles Sturt University (Australia). In addition, he had also undergone a practitioner certification training in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), a modern communication psychology certification, in Australia.

Mr. Raymond Foong Mr. Raymond Foong, MBA, has extensive corporate and academic experience in bringing people together for better performances. Raymond has about 25 years of training experience in the Technical and Administrative management fields. He conducts regular trainings in Managerial, Executive development & Supervisory management, Cohesive Team Competency, Color Brain Leadership Management Skills, Psychology of Productivity Mindset and Building High Performance Team Building programs. Raymond is certified by the Asian Experiential Educational Alliance (AEEA), Australia in training facilitation. He holds a Workplace Training (Category 1) certificate by the Department of Education Training and Employment, Australia. He is accredited by the American Institute of Business Psychology and certified by Directive Communication as a Certified Trainer and Partner. Raymond Foong holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Bath, UK. In addition, he holds a certificate in Quality Control from City & Guilds, London. He is also a graduate of Mastery University, by world renowned success coach, Anthony Robbins. Raymond’s unique know how and dedication to organizational and corporate teams’ training has earned him

Mr. Benson Ooi Mr. BENSON OOI, LLB, DSLP, CFP, is a full time trainer cum financial consultant. Prior to engaging in his own consulting (iBZNESS Solutions Sdn Bhd) and training business (iBZNESS Academy Sdn Bhd), Benson was the Head of Litigation Commercial Lawyer with Iqbal Hakim Sia & Voo and also David Chong & Co since 1999. Benson graduated from Law Faculty Bond University Australia and is an Advocates and Solicitors appointed by High Court of Malaysia. In year 2003, he obtained DSLP postgraduate credential from IIUM in Islamic Law and also CFP qualification. Specialized in Financial Planning, Estate Planning and Trust. He has conducted numerous Financial Planning Seminars, Talks, lectures and Training for various multi-national corporations such as Hewlett Packard, Morrison Group, etc.

Ms. Anna Yap Anna Yap is a Certified Professional Trainer with over 12 years of experience in Training. As a trainer, Anna has successfully completed the Certified Training Professional Program (“CTP Program”) from ARTDO International-ITD and was awarded a Certified Training Professional Certificate from ARTDO International-ITD in October 2006. The CTP Program is recognized by the Human Resource Development Corporation (“HRDC”) or Permbangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (“PSMB”). In 2011, Anna was invited by ITD, to be the trainer for Module 4 (“Training Delivery”) of the CTP Program. In December 2011, Anna graduated as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Semantics, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis and Time-lines. In training, from 2005 to 2007, she was the Assistant Vice President and part of the Senior Management Team of Bostonweb Academy Sdn Bhd, an accomplished training provider in Malaysia. Anna worked hand in hand with Bostonweb’s clients to formulate effective training and evaluation strategies to meet the client’s objectives.
