2.- Protect the watersheds, hydrologic cycles, biotic communities, particular genetic resources and the genetic diversity of natural ecosystems and their elements.

3.- Support the development of ecotechnics and improve the rational and sustainable used of the natural ecosystems and their elements.

4.- Protect scenaries and natural views.

This administration consist in a manager, supervisor, rangers, secretarys, in the case of marine areas a boat captain, ticket sellers, etc.
