CONFERENCE VENUE

Delightsome hotels and resort is located in the capital city of Osogbo. It is equipped with: Standard swimming pool Game Arcade centre Gym centre Mini zoo/pong Garden Bars Internet Facility Huts for relaxation

CONFERENCE SECURITY/WELFARE

ARRIVAL/CHECK IN

All LODs are to send in the names and contact of their confirmed delegates before arrival. LODs are to check in their delegates with OC delegate service on arrival and get keys to their rooms. Indemnity forms must be

submitted by all delegates on arrival. Only confirmed and paid delegates will be allowed into the conference venue. Movement in and out of the conference venue will be highly regulated by the security team.

All Delegates should check in their gadgets and accessories with the conference security desk.

Karaoke Competition. You sing to an instrumental of a popular song with the correct lyrics. Each LC is to get their “Wizkid” ready!! Sign your Love/Friendship on white shirts using markers. Party all night!!!
