SECO should be..

society organizations which enables their participation in programming and monitoring of EU funds and other international development assistance.

Participate in revision of Needs Assessment Document;
Maintain permanent contact and information flow with DACU/SEIO;
Submit quarterly reports on their activities to DACU/SEIO
