DOUBLE-STIFFNESS FILLER.When manufacturing cushion fillers, we use a principle of PU foam density redistribution due to the ratio of components, which allows distributing the filler stiffness in line with the anatomical features of a human body. The use of such fillers helps to increase comfort and improve the fixation of a driver’s position during a vehicle maneuvering.


AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT BASED ON A DRIVER’S WEIGHT.This adjustment automatically sets the air suspension parameters depending on the weight of a driver sitting on a seat, ensuring a required visibility and driving comfort.

STRK1-SERIES OPERATOR SEATS FOR SPECIAL VEHICLES AND TRACTORS A quick-detachable backrest extension group is intended for convenience in operation. A seat has a torsion-bar-type suspension mechanism with a hydraulic shock absorber. The suspension stiffness is adjustable depending on a driver’ weight from 50 to 105 kg. Lengthwise seat adjustment is carried out by shifting upper guideways together with a suspension mechanism and a seat on the fixed bottom guideways. The adjustment range is 210 mm. The operator’s seat is intended for installation in tractors, agricultural and special vehicles.
