ultimate Detox home Spa Journey from head-to-toe

time: 45 minutes to 1 hour

Step 1: 5-in-1 Essential Massage Oil | #7316; £31

• always start with clean skin.

• warm oil in hands.

• Massage onto body using broad, circular motions, moving toward the heart.

• oil may also be used on thoroughly cleansed face, free of makeup, but avoid eye area.

• use oil on damp or dry skin.

Step 2: Foaming Sea Salt Scrub | #7317; £24

• For the body: apply a generously thick, even layerof foaming Sea Salt Scrub over entire body (or mix with 5-in-1 essential Massage oil in the palm of the hand if there isn’t time for a massage).

Step 3: Sea Mud Face & Body Mask | #7319; £31

• apply a generously thick layer of Sea Mud face & body Mask over entire body and face, avoiding eye contour area and mouth.

• For the face: leave on face for 10–15 minutes.

• For the body: wrap torso, arms and legs in robeor towel to maintain warmth. leave on body for 15–20 minutes.

• for added benefit, take an intensive soak with the sea mud still on skin.

• rinse off in the shower or bath.

Step 4: Detoxifying Rescue Wash | #7320; £28 orPurifying Sea Soak | #7318; £41

• Shower: Cleanse face, hair and body with Detoxifying rescue wash. rinse. towel dry.

• Bath: add 1–3 capfuls of Detoxifying rescue wash to warm, running water in a bath.

• Intensive soak: empty one packet of Purifying Sea Soak into a bath of warm water (96.8–100of/36–38oC). Maintain bath temperature by adding more warm water, as needed. Soak for 15–20 minutes. Do not rinse. after bath, sit quietly for an extra 10 minutes to cool down as trace minerals continue to treat the skin.

Step 5: Fortifying Hair Mask | #7321, £21

• apply a generous layer to wet or damp hair, covering strands from root to tips.

• let sit 3–5 minutes.

• rinse thoroughly with warm water. finish with cool water to enhance shine. Do not shampoo out of hair.

• use 1–2 times per week to fortify and protect hair. for extremely dry or damaged hair, use 2–4 times per week.

Step 6: Re-Mineralising Body Lotion 24H | #7322; £34 or Renewing Body Gelée | #7323; £32

• For the body: apply a generous amount ofre-Mineralising body lotion 24h or renewing body gelée, massaging onto skin using broad circular movements, moving toward the heart.

Step 1: Detoxifying Rescue Wash

• Shower: Cleanse face, hair and body with Detoxifying rescue wash and rinse.

• Bath: add 1–3 capfuls of Detoxifying rescue wash to a bath of warm, running water.

Step 2: Foaming Sea Salt Scrub

• in the shower, or standing in the bath, apply a gener-ously thick, even layer of foaming Sea Salt Scrub over entire body and work into a light lather.

• optional: Mix with 5-in-1 essential Massage oil in palm before massaging sea salt onto skin.

Step 3: Sea Mud Face & Body Mask

• apply a generous layer of Sea Mud face & body Mask over the desired area of the body and face, avoiding eye contour area and mouth.

• For the face: leave for 10-15 minutes.

• For the body: wrap torso, arms and legs in a robe or towel to maintain warmth and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4: Fortifying Hair Mask

• five minutes before you are ready to wash off the Sea Mud face & body Mask, apply a generous layer of for-tifying hair Mask to wet or damp hair from root to tips and leave for 3-5 minutes.

Step 5: Renewing Body Gelée

• apply a generous amount of renewing body gelée each day to hydrate and protect skin.
