Hello my name is Michael Hineline and I am

the product representative for Lunatik Clothing.

Lunatik was formed in 2008 with the vision from

three men to bring a new style to the

marketplace. These three men each brought

something different to the table. The first is the

founder and lead developer named Forest

“Tyson” Sterling or just Tyson as he prefers. His

role was to work in designing cloths that have

an edge and push the boundaries of what might

be considered socially acceptable. The Niche is

simple it is counter culture for teens and young

adults. Lunatik is for anyone who wants to step

out of the box and express to the world that

they have the emotion to get your blood

pumping. The original thought for the line was

to target alternative sports but that took second

place to defining what makes us different. The

alternative sports line will be coming shortly with

thoughts of MMA (mix martial arts) shirt and a v-

neck Hawaii 5-0 surf design.

The next important member to Lunatik is

Brad Lannon who makes the engine run from

the background. Brad can be defined in one

word “alternative.” If he is not on the mountain

snowboarding you can find him on the lake

wake boarding. He helped Lunatik acquire their

first financial capital and has been pushing the

company forward ever since. He facilitates

shipping and receiving and also wears many

other hats.

The final member of the team is our

unspoken hero who's name is Tyler Colle. Some

may use a word called politics while I say

Business. Tyler is the law and order which

creates our platform for all to succeed.

Who Want’s to PartyAs you might be able to imagine there are

multiple moving parts to what we are working to

accomplish so in that I want to thank all of those

who are coming or are thinking about coming. I

will provide a fun environment for your entire day

and you will not be disappointed. First and

foremost music is my forte and will be playing in

every room. I will have my turntables set up

outside and we will be moving through all the

genres you can think of from top 40, to hip-hop,

techno, dub-step, rock, and a fusion of all that is

in between. I will have an Ipod hook up so feel

free to bring yours along so I can honor request.

I will be using my CD decks so burn it to disk

and I can keep it playing with effects and such.

The shoot will have different aspects and each

of you will be in selected parts. There will be a

big party shot that everyone will be included in

which will take 30-45 min. and there will also be

solo one on one shots. I am going to continue

to develop the ideas and would value any input

that others see fit. We will be displaying the 10

male shirts that are currently available and will

have 2 female shirts. There will be a large

banner hanging overhead with the company

name and website.

I am limited in my resources for this shoot

but will provide all that I can for those who

participate. Everyone who has a Lunatik shirt

will you please bring them and if you do not I will

provide you with one that you can keep. I wish I

could give you all three shirts and pay $20-50

each however currently I am NOT in a position

to do that. If this goes well there is a hope of

many more events and incentives in the future. I

will provide a small amount of beer and liquor

and would greatly appreciate all that is brought.

I am unsure as to the weather condition but no

matter the case rain or shine this event is going

to unfold. For the photographer I will have three

different ladders set up for multiple angels. I will

have three industrial fans so air flow will not be a

problem. I have a list of things to do in order to

get ready for the shoot and as you might be able

to tell have been working extensively up until

this point. Any additional ideas would be helpful

in order for me to prepare to the fullest.

ONE ON ONE

What are we doing here? A photo shoot for the books is upon us. 15-50 people will make a company come alive in 7 different scenes. This shoot will last from 11AM till 4PM with the bulk of photos from two different locations; poolside and lakeside. The main shots will take place from 1-3 depending on photographer, I look forward to all who want to be included...

A SIDELet’s keep it clean so that we may have mass exposure. This will be for print predominitly and will have a wide audiance range.

B SIDELet’s spice it up, and have some fun. The psrty is on, who would like a drink and a chance to push things just a litte overboard...

C SIDELet’s get crazy. Who would like to express themselves through their actions, time to get racie and narrow our audiance form the business tycoon to the rebelious teen.

A Little Bit About MeI guess there might be some questions out

there as to my qualifications and plan for what

we are doing and how this idea can become a

reality. I have been around the block a couple

times, I was born in MLPS but at five was forced

to leave for the family business only to return 20

years later as my destiny. I’ve been in

Minnesota since May and this event will be the

culmination of six months of networking and

pushing the envelope. I would define myself as

a people person. The reason I have as many

friends and associates as I do is that I strive to

be a selfless individual and on those rare

occasions when I ask for something in return I

am grateful for the respect I am given. I strive to

be genuine in my action and this Saturday will

display my vision for a company my hope for

myself in advertising in the future and the micro

level of product placement and promotion that

we are all a part of in this day and age.

Photography, promotions, and marketing all

come second to my love of music. I DJ,

Promote, Produce, MC, Host, occasionally

Breakdance and predominately song-write.

Many people make music for different reasons,

some strive for fame, others fortune, I would say

I make music as a way to hold on to what I

learn. The only way to truly capture the essence

of an idea, a belief, and a thought is to give it

away. I write music as a release and as a way to

feed my soul from the racing thoughts, the

negative emotions, and the all too often

insecurities that come along with our mass

mediated society. I grew up more fortunate than

others but I would like to give you a warning as

to both a gift and a curse. This blood money

has destroyed us as happiness is the carrot we

can never catch. Keeping up with the

Kardashians is what I believe they call it now a

days. I have had an interesting up bringing with

plenty of mistakes on the way and I am learning

and growing from each experience. I strive to

walk with integrity and when the cameras are off

be the same person as if they are on. I might be

reading too far into this but just want to inform

you the full story as John Ralls veil of ignorance

and Plato’s allegory of the caves so eloquently

portrays. Any questions comments or concerns

please let me know. This shoot will be open to

those whom I have never met and would like

you to know I am at great risk for doing so but

am because I TRUST...

Captain Earnest I was told the other day let’s go east coast meets west and take a trip on the ocean. We will be on our 39’ foot Sea Ray and all I ask of you is that you be respectful or you will be politely asked to leave.

We are starting to get creative, who would like to bring some props, included but

Not limited to. As much as this is about me

it really isn’t. My life philosophy has always

been that this world is the union and the people that make it up not the

institution nor the invisible hand. it’s not

about me so who is ready for it to be

about them. Bring any element that you

would like to promote or that you find adds

value to your life. Bring multiple outfits

from your bright colored workout suit all the way to that Saturday night get up.

Multiple pairs of shades is a must,

another question is, who doesn’t like

their accessories? Thank you all!!!

The backwards hat is always a plus, but I will also have top hat’s, metal helmet, leather, etc...

These pictures will be very animated over a game of backgammon on the verandah to walking bye.

Diving board and swim wear is a must, the pool will be turned up to 92 this day kinda like a hot tub.

Sketches...There will be two party scenes

with turntables set up, the first next to the pool and the second next to the verandah.

What to dress up for there will be multiple sketches and different game plans. The captain will come decked out in boat gear and will stand on the verandah with a couple ladies on each side with fur coats and bikinis and the captain will have white pants a Lunatik shirt on, and a captains hat.

We will be using our 4-wheel drive cart on the property and will have different shots with people hanging out and standing up while rolling down the hill and up.

A promo wall with red carpet will be set up using the banners and past full page flyers and such. This layout will be in the basement and will mostly be for one on ones or small groups.

We might have a car and motorcycle b-side but unsure if we will have time and also what the layout will be.

Fight Fire With Fire

After the party is the after party!! Once the sun has set on this amazing day we will be starting a fire for one last shot. We have a fire pit which is surrounded by 300 degrees of lake. The pit has benches all around and will fit 25+ comfortably with additional standing room. On one of the corners there will be a place for a couple ladies to lie which will be covered with down comforters and pillows about 3 feet by 4. We have an old fence to burn and we will light one end and fight for the camera as actions shots and flames ignite.

This shoot is all about people and where our society is today. This company was started by the Y generation and that is how we are advertising it. There is no division in lines of race, ethnicity, gender or socio-economic background so we honer diversity and re-write history. On a final note many people have lost faith in humanity and in people. All I ask is that we restore order and prove that our generation can bring more to the table than we currently are. We can produce, we will produce and we must...
