There Are Little Eyes WatchingThere are little eyes upon you, and they’re watching night and day.

There are little ears that quickly take in every word you say.There are little hands all eager to do anything you do;

And little ones who are dreaming of the day they'll be like you.

You’re the little child’s idol; you’re the wisest of the wise. In their little minds, about you no suspicions ever rise;They believe in you devoutly, hold all you say and do;

They will say and do, in your way, when they’re grown up to be like you.

There are wide-eyed little children who believe you’re always right; And their ears are always open and they’re watching day and night;

You are setting an example every day in all you do, For the little ones who are waiting to grow up to be like you.

The strategies are presented in a way that is perfect for both individual and group lessons. This process gives both students and adults a chance to learn and teach leadership strategies that are useful and make common sense. We all know that most people learn best by teaching.

This book gives them the opportunity to teach lessons in many different ways because people learn in different ways. It can be used in book studies, in-service sessions, mentorship meetings and other learning formats. It gives its readers a real opportunity to truly understand their “why” and be able to help others understand their own “why.”
