What if anything was possible and you lived a life without limits?

When I awoke this morning, today felt like just another day, however it soon turned into

something way more significant. I’m not sure about you, but I often sit and wonder what life would be like if I had made differ-ent choices. Where I would be, where I would be headed and where I may end up. I guess what I’m saying is that every single one of us has choices and we make them every day, some consciously and some sub-consciously. These choices make us who we are and who we eventually become. Many of our choices are made after pro-cessing information and limitations that are filtered in from the outside. Some of us search for the answers inside and we go for-ward from there. What was significant was that I realised that feeling limitless is a state of mind and know-ing that you are in control of each and every choice you make is an amazing realisation to make. We ALL have the power to make significant choices that ultimately allow us to follow our dreams, achieve our goals and create a life we love or do things differ-ently - but many are stuck working in a job they hate, a relationship or a situation they’d rather avoid.Don’t get me wrong, I know that my choices have allowed me to make it to this point and I’m very grateful to be doing what I love, but it’s the choices I make from this point on that will determine where I’m headed and the path I take to get there. I guess my desire to know myself and dis-cover what I’m truly capable of is such a driving force behind so many things I’d like to achieve. I’m sure this is something many of you often wonder in your own journeys. What are you capable of? Can you do it? Are you going to fail? Even thinking that you may fail with one thing in life can cause an enormous amount of stress if you let it. So take a deep breath and make a conscious decision to face your biggest fear and attack it head on. Put a plan in place and adjust it along the way. Above all, take that leap of faith and see where you land. Don’t get me wrong, don’t jump out of a plane without a parachute - that is definitely not the fear I’m talking about facing! Challenging yourself each and every day will motivate you to move forward and to ultimately be the best YOU that you can be.

Pushing yourself outside your comfort zone will allow you to challenge yourself to pursue the things that matter the most.Believe you can and you will!Happy landing

“Make yourself at home.” The phrase usually evokes permission to relax, or suggests

an allowance to get cozy. And surprisingly, despite Oxygen’s “tough love” style, we want

you to do just that. Let us clarify: you can and will achieve your physical

goals this year – starting right in the comfort of your own home.

Standing up while

completing these

exercises gives your body an

added balance challenge.

RESISTANCE: Choose a weight that fatigues you by the last rep. Feel like you can keep going? Increase the weight. But if your first reps are too tough, decrease the resistance.

REPS/SETS: Do three sets of 12 to 15 reps of each exercise on both sides. Begin with your weaker side (usually the non-dominant one), resting 30 to 60 seconds between sets, then switch to your stronger side.

FREQUENCY: Two to three times per week.
