On-boardingAt Russam GMS, we want our clients and candidates to achieve their full potential. So we’ve developed better ways to on-board executives into their new organisation.

As part of our offering, every new executive is offered our executive onboarding programme to take them through their first months in the new organisation. This will involve a complete psychometric assessment and full coaching schedule aligned to their objectives/KPIs.

Combined with our knowledge of business trends and the changing world of work, this allows for a more productive, richer and seamless transition into our clients businesses.
