SEAN TAKAMORI, RA Hawaii Kai Home Prices Up 7%! Year to date, the median sales price of a Single Family Home in Hawaii Kai is up 7% - from $980,000 at this time last year to a whopping $1,050,000! Relatively low inventory and historically low interest rates are two key factors in this price increase. Sales Volume Increases In Hawaii Kai The total number of Single Family Homes sold in Hawaii Kai, year to date, is up 13% from the same time last year. There continues to be a strong demand to purchase homes in desirable areas such as Hawaii Kai.
