Sample Workflow for MS Word◦ Create your content
◦ Use Styles and Formatting options to designate headings
◦ Use Word tools for layout (e.g., Column tool)
◦ Add appropriate alternative text for images
Creating the PDF Document from MS Word◦ Using Styles and Formatting

◦ Specifying Table Headers
Save the PDF as Text (Accessible) or Plain Text
