OBJECTIVE

Generally, T. hemprichii was culture to study the bacteria growth and trace metal.

The research was done by Christianen et al. (2011) where T. hemprichii was culture in climate-controlled room in 100L glass container using Classic synthetic sea salt.INTRODUCTION
