Can you guess how a fish moves?A fish swims using its fins to propel itself forward.
Fact 1: Fishes that swim this way are called cruisers.
Fact 2: Fishes have a swim bladder that helps them swim at the surface of the water or at the bottom of the sea.
Can you guess how a turtle moves?A sea turtle swims through water using its front two wing-like flippers to push itself forward.
Fact 1: Sea turtles move faster in water than on land. Fact 2: Sea turtles use their back flippers as rudders. Can you guess how a jellyfish moves?A jellyfish uses jet propulsion to swim slowly.
Fact!: This action is like an umbrella! Open and close, open and close!Can you guess how a crab moves?A crab moves sideways with its 8 legs. Left and right, left and right.
Fact: The crab uses 4 of its legs to pull itself, and the other 4 to push itself to move.
Can you guess how a dolphin moves?A dolphin swims in the sea using its tail-fin to propel itself forward in an up and down movement.
Fact: Dolphins are very playful creatures! They like to play with people by leaping out of the water. Note: The video of the dolphin swimming is very long (4mins +). Do play it for about 1 min or so only. Lets revise! How does the fish move?
