Multi-layer BOD Process
1. APP add a new gLSP for IP LINK and
send this requirement to H-CO.
2. H-CO send the gLSP calculate request
to O-CO.
3. The O-CO returns the most optimized
gLSP path to H-CO
4. H-CO inform VTE link binding
information to the IP-CO.
5. The IP-CO send the new gLSP
information to the router B and
triggers the router B to launch the new
path establishment via the GMPLS UNI.
6. The router B detects the new gLSP UP.
7. The router B binds new gLSP to the TE
