- All Electronic Tolling (AET), - Open Road Tolling (ORT), - Multilane Free-Flow Tolling (MLFF), - Pay-by-Plate Tolling (also known as Video Tolling), - Non-Stop Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) lanes, - Road User Charging solutions (also known as Pay As You Drive), - Nationwide Truck Tolling schemes, - Congestion Charging Schemes.

Position Description: In order to stimulate development of new innovations at emovis an Agile Innovation Model has been put in place. In Agile, the Scrum Master is a challenging position as he/she cares about the team functioning properly. The Scrum Master is responsible for making sure a Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum. He/she increases the team efficiency, motivates the team, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. He/she ensures the DoD (Definition of Done) is being followed. Scrum Master essential duties:

• Guide innovation team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver innovation,

• Guide innovation team on how to get the most out of self-organization, • Guide innovation team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum

frameworks, • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the innovation team and organization and coach the team to higher levels

of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization, • Remove impediments or guide innovation team to remove impediments by finding the right person to

remove the impediment, • Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution,

or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving, • Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work, • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information, • Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog, • Provide all support to innovation team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and lead by

example, • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies for innovation teams.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, • As minimum, significant 5' years experience in a similar position gained in an international company, • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success, • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, • Team player, • Good time-management skills, • Great interpersonal and communication skills,

• Full ability to work in a multi-national environment, good English language skills essential, Spanish is desirable,

• Willingness to travel. Nice to have:
