Position Description: In order to stimulate development of new innovations at emovis an Agile Innovation Model has been put in place. In Agile, the Scrum Master is a challenging position as he/she cares about the team functioning properly. The Scrum Master is responsible for making sure a Scrum team lives by the values and practices of Scrum. He/she increases the team efficiency, motivates the team, argues for changes that will ensure quality and timeliness. He/she ensures the DoD (Definition of Done) is being followed. Scrum Master essential duties: Guide innovation team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver innovation, Guide innovation team on how to get the most out of self-organization, Guide innovation team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks, Assess the Scrum Maturity of the innovation team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization, Remove impediments or guide innovation team to remove impediments by finding the right person to remove the impediment, Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving, Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work, Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution, Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information, Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog, Provide all support to innovation team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and lead by example, Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies for innovation teams. • Full ability to work in a multi-national environment, good English language skills essential, Spanish is desirable,

• Willingness to travel. Nice to have:

• Awareness and experience playing the Scrum Master role for a development team, • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO), • Awareness and experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques, • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous
