As like-minded Christians, the true followers of Christ will once again gather with all of us that continue to fight the good fight of faith here at Scriptures for America Worldwide Ministries, for fellowship, proper and true Bible teaching, Baptisms, prayers for the sick, and praise and worship music to the King of kings and LORD of lords, Jesus Christ. We were blessed with a beautiful gathering place last year, and are pleased to announce that the LORD has blessed us with an equally beautiful facility this year as well. Scriptures for America Ministry is again making all of the room reservations, just like last year. And, LORD willing, we will not only feed you Spiritually, but this year we will also again feed you physically, covering the lunch and dinner meals by catering it ourselves. We’ll still let you take care of breakfast, as the hotel has a moderately priced breakfast buffet, & kitchenettes! “…and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day drawing near.” Hebrews 10:24-25 This is a time of fellowship for the true Christian followers of Jesus Christ. Some will be attending to become Christians, that is, to repent, to go into that watery grave of Baptism and die to their old lives. They will be born again of the water and the Spirit, becoming fully clothed with Christ, receiving the gift of the Holy Spirit, and having their name entered into the Book of Life. All in the Name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38). We will begin the gathering on Friday, June 5 at 3:00 pm with a warm, family-reunion welcome to you, our Christian brethren. Some basic Bible teachings and an optional class regarding proper Bible Baptism will be available both Friday and Saturday afternoons, followed by actual Baptisms of those that heed the call and choose to be obedient and enter into this Covenant with Jesus Christ. We gather in the Name and Authority of JESUS CHRIST, so those of you who are using that false, so-called ‘Hebrew’ name, that you can’t even find in the Bible (which is nothing more than the name of another god, a false god) need not come. “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 PASSOVER and the MAKE UP DAY We hope you heeded the call and joined us for the Passover observance on April 2, 2015. We had a blessed local meal and gathering, and many of the Remnant joined us for a LIVE Passover Broadcast. This LIVE broadcast was recorded on DVD, and has been sent out to all of you that receive the weekly DVD Church message. The message that was given for the 2015 Passover was entitled, “Coming Out of the Desert.” (See the accompanying article in this DragonSlayer Newsletter.) If you were not able to keep the Passover on April 2, 2015, the Law (Numbers 9:11) does allow the Passover to be kept the second month (on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015).

The story, recorded in II Chronicles, Chapter 30 tells us the details of keeping the Passover in the second month, and is a story worth reading. When you read it, you will find it was re-instituted by the humble and sincere (II Chronicles 30:11). However, others laughed at, scorned and mocked it. In the story, those who kept it, preparing their hearts to seek God (II Chronicles 30:19), were blessed (verse 20). It is the Passover that is the Door Day, as our Pastor taught. Jesus Christ is the Door, and Jesus Christ is the Passover. This remembrance is to be an everlasting observance for His people. And you shall observe this event as an ordinance for you and your children forever. Presbyterian Church USA Accepts Sin

Presbyterian Church USA Votes to Change Definition of Marriage to Include Same-Sex Couples.

The largest Presbyterian denomination in the nation voted to change the definition of marriage to allow for the inclusion of same-sex couples, The New York Times and Washington Post recently reported. The majority of the Presbyterian Church USA voted in favor of altering their definition of marriage from “a man and a woman” to “two people.” The move was hailed by advocates who had long pushed for the measure. “Finally, the church in its constitutional documents fully recognizes that the love of gays and lesbian couples is worth celebrating in the faith community,” Rev. Brian D. Ellison, executive director of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians, told the Times. “There is still disagreement, and I don’t mean to minimize that, but I think we are learning that we can disagree and still be church together,” he added. Shame on you, any and all so-called Presbyterian Christians that agree with this blasphemy! Shame on you, and take heed of this warning! Heed this New Testament Scripture, from 1 Corinthians. Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Remnant, if you have friends or family that are caught up in the recent and public LIES of the Presbyterian Church, warn them while there is still time. There is good news. The latest news reports have shown that over 24,000 Presbyterian Churches have denounced their affiliation with the “Mother” church, and praise God that number is growing! There are still some true Men of God that will not bow their knee to Baal! Prayers are being answered!

The True Passover was on April 2, 2015. Remember that the Biblical Passover make-up Day is 30 days later on May 2. In this month’s “Preacher’s Archives,” we share with you a foundational article by Pastor Peters on the True Passover, entitled “The Day They Took Away.” We urge you to read, study and apply the truths found in this article, as it Scripturally points to the need of observing the True Passover. - - - - - - - - The Day They Took Away We all know that there is a “they.” Just listen to “our” conversations as “we” talk about what “they” are going to do next. We not only know there is a “they” but that “they” are against us. Jesus told us “they” steal from us (John 10:10) and “they” did. “They” stole a day from us; a most important day of the year, and “they” replaced it with a day called Easter; a pagan holiday with its fertility goddess and Easter egg bunnies, etc... It took “them” three centuries to get it done, but “they” did. “They” have also, with the assistance of their father, the devil, put in most Christian’s minds that it makes no difference anyway. It makes a big difference and it is a most important day, and if you don’t want these to be your last days in these end times, and you want to live on unscathed into the days of the new age, then you’d better get this day back. Get it back into your life, and it’s still not too late to do just that. That day is the Passover Day. History shows it was observed by the early Church for three full centuries until “they” got it eliminated at the Council of Nicaea in 325, AD. It is a historical fact that Polycarp, who was the bishop at Ephesus (possibly the one of Revelation 2:1), who was a disciple of the Apostle John, traveled to Rome in 159, AD to confer with Bishop Anicetus, urging the observance of the Passover Day, the 14th day of the solar calendar. He stated that he received this teaching from the Apostle John. History further shows the first major Church split came over this issue as the Christians in Asia Minor refused to go along with the Council of Nicaea. They became known in history as the Quartodecimans.

You can read of this in part 2 of our book, Solar Sanity verses Lunar Lunacy in Calculating the Passover. Read the chapter entitled, “The Importance of Keeping the Passover.” The book is available for an $8.00 donation from SFA; PO Box 766; LaPorte; CO. 80535. Consider the following, taken from pages 42-47 of that book: [“The importance of the Passover is somewhat hidden in the prophets and in the Gospels, but it is there for those to search out. Isaiah tells us about the impending Day of the LORD and what to do:” Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the Lord cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain. Isaiah 26:20-21 What does it mean to enter into thy chambers? Notice this instruction is in light of the coming punishing and avenging of God that is coming upon the land. Obviously, just going into one’s house is not going to protect in the day of destruction and desolation that is prophesied to come in the Day of the LORD. Such visitation of destruction happened in Egypt on the Passover and those who kept the Passover and applied the blood of a sacrificed lamb to the “door” were protected from the devastation that came down on the rest of the inhabitants in the land. One reads about this event in Exodus, Chapter 12. In the New Covenant, Jesus is the Passover Lamb and His blood is applied when one is born again of the water and the spirit, which is done through faith, repentance, and Baptism for the remission of sins (Acts 2:38). But, how does one enter the chambers and close the door? By keeping the Passover Day as the early Christians did before the serpent-thieves stole it from them and cut down the entrance door. When one reads of the Passover event in Egypt, one notes the Scripture specifically says that the LORD passed over “the door.” Those that had applied the blood to the door had to also enter the door and close it behind them.

For the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when He sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the Lord will pass over the door and will not allow the destroyer to come into your houses to smite you. And you shall observe this event as an ordinance for you and your children forever. Exodus 12:23-24 (Emphasis added). There was a reason so many Christians fought so long and so hard to keep the Passover Day (five centuries and history indicates some in the British Isles fought with the sword to keep it). There was a reason the serpent enemies fought so long and so hard to eliminate it by replacing it with Easter. The enemy steals, kills, and destroys (John 10:10). Some will say, “Are you trying to say I’m not saved because I don’t keep the Passover or keep it on the right day?” The answer is, “No, not regarding the salvation you are talking about for we are saved by faith and the blood of Jesus.” But, there is another salvation yet to be revealed. It is the salvation in the Day of the LORD that Isaiah speaks of and thus instructs us to enter the chambers and close the door. It is the end-time salvation that Peter tells us is yet to be revealed. Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Peter 1:5 There is a salvation to be revealed and it will be in the Day of the LORD. And, just as the serpent people tried to remove the knowledge of the resurrection to keep people from the salvation that comes from it, they have removed the Passover to keep people from the salvation that comes with it when the Day of the LORD comes. Let us consider the following Scripture that tells about the door: “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who does not enter by the door into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up some other way, he is a thief and a robber. But he who enters by the door is a shepherd of the sheep. To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out. When he puts forth all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice. And a stranger they simply will not follow, but will flee from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers. This figure of speech Jesus spoke to

them, but they did not understand what those things were which He had been saying to them. Jesus therefore said to them again, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal, and kill, and destroy; I came that they might have life, and might have it abundantly.” John 10:1-10 That thief tried to steal the knowledge of the resurrection of Jesus – the Gospel, the good news of the death, burial, and resurrection which saves us. People are destroyed when it is kept from them – i.e., the thief doesn’t go through the door but enters another way. The Passover is also the door, which the thief does not want you to enter. No doubt some will be quick to point out that Jesus said, in John 10:7, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.” Yes, Jesus is the door, but He is also our Passover. Clean out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, just as you are in fact unleavened. For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed. 1 Corinthians 5:7 Things equal to the same thing are equal to each other. For example, 2 + 2 = 4 and 3 + 1 = 4; thus, 2 + 2 = 3 + 1. So it is; Jesus Christ = door, and Jesus Christ = Passover; thus, door = Passover. Just as we receive salvation by believing the Gospel (and obeying it in the act of Baptism [Acts 2:38; II Thessalonians 1:8]), so we partake of that salvation yet to be revealed by faith when by faith we keep the Passover. By faith he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood, so that he who destroyed the first-born might not touch them. Hebrews 11:28 Now learn the parable from the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender, and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near; even so you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door. Matthew 24:32-33 NAS. (Emphasis added).

Do not complain, brethren, against one another, that you yourselves may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing right at the door. James 5:9 In the story of the foolish virgins, the five foolish virgins were not saved. The five wise virgins were not only saved but had the oil of understanding and were able to partake of the wedding feast; thus, they were saved from going through the tribulation that comes with the Day of the LORD. They kept the Passover i.e., the Door Day. Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were foolish, and five were prudent. For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, but the prudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps. Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. But at midnight there was a shout, “Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.” Then all those virgins rose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the prudent, “Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out. But the prudent answered, saying, “No, there will not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.” And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut. And later the other virgins also came, saying, “Lord, Lord, open up for us.” But he answered and said, “Truly I say to you, I do not know you.” Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour. Matthew 25:1-13 NAS. Every year Christians have the opportunity to keep the Passover, which is an entering into a covering, if you will, for that year; should that be the year that contains the Day of the LORD, they will enjoy that salvation yet to be revealed of which Peter speaks. The other Christians, like the five foolish virgins, miss out on it.] Strive to enter by the narrow door; for many, I tell you, will seek to enter and will not be able. Once the head of the house gets up and shuts the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock on the door, saying, “Lord, open up to us!” then He will answer and say to you, “I do not know where you are from.” Luke 13:24-25 NAS.

It is the conviction of this preacher that there are other benefits when the Passover is annually kept on the right day; one is health. The following comes from page 30, 31, and 32 of that same book, Solar Sanity verses Lunar Lunacy in Calculating the Passover. [The snakes want to keep you from the truth and from the Kingdom (Matthew 23:33; 23:13; Acts 13:10). Today they come in and pose as Christians and teach, and no one ever suspects them. Their instinctive job, among other things, is to destroy (John 10:10). As we shall see from a passage in the Septuagint Translation, they endeavor to destroy the entrance to the door, which is in reference to the Passover; in my opinion, this is the most important (for now) feast to keep. That is, no doubt, why it was the first to be restored in the Christian Covenant and was kept by the early Church; and, the first thing the snakes went after to destroy. A New Covenant with His people was instituted through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 8:8 & 9:15). In the Mosaic Covenant, due to the sins of the house of Israel, they lost their Kingdom (Hosea 1:4), and, in the process, their feasts (Hosea 2:11) (which by that time had already been corrupted as were the feasts in Judah). Judah lost the proper feast times, as we read of in Lamentations 2:6. And He has violently treated His tabernacle like a garden booth; He has destroyed His appointed meeting place; the Lord has caused to be forgotten the appointed feast and Sabbath in Zion, and He has despised king and priest in the indignation of His anger. The Apostles, having sat under the teaching of Jesus for three years concerning the Kingdom, knew that there was going to be a “restoral” process. This truth is seen in the question they asked Jesus in Acts 1:6 after they had been taught intensely by Him for forty days (Acts 1:3). And so when they had come together, they were asking Him, saying, “Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” He said to them, “it is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority; Acts 1:6-7 (Emphasis added)

Note that there was to be a restoral process. Note also, from the answer, that it wasn’t going to be all at once. Consider with this writer the situation cast off Israel was in at the time and the reasonableness and patience of God. The sheep were scattered and were among ruling powers, nation states that, like us, had calendars different from the ancient Hebrew solar calendar. The people, like us, had jobs that demanded their time. In fact, many were slaves at the time, meaning they economically and socially could not take the time off whenever they so desired to travel to a designated spot to keep the feasts, as their ancient Israelite forefathers had done and could do because they had their own land, own calendar, and own kingdom. So, initially, the one-day event of Passover was restored in the New Covenant with more yet to be restored. Why the Passover? Because it is a most important day. It is a door and has appropriately been called “The Door” Day. The enemies of God’s people who do the desires of their father, the devil (John 8:44), immediately went to work to destroy the entrance to this door by altering the time it was kept; thus, in the process, eliminating it all together, just as those same serpent people had done to ancient Israel of old. This may seem hard to believe but it is Biblical. The Bible teaches that changing time is part of the way of evil that comes against His people: “and he will intend to make alteration in time ...” Daniel 7:25 Consider the following, which comes out of the ancient Septuagint Bible from the Psalm 74:4-8: They who hate Thee have indeed triumphed: in the midst of Thy festival they set up their own signs: The signs pointing to the entrance above they did not know. As if in a forest of trees, they cut down with axes the doors of that entrance. Then with hatchets and mattocks they broke it down. They burned Thy sanctuary to the ground with fire: they profaned the habitation of Thy name. They said, the whole brood of them are in their heart set upon this: come, let us cause to cease from the land the festivals of the Lord. Septuagint translation (Note: This text reads entirely different than the Masseratic text. Is it any wonder the snakes, who promoted the “King James Only” vilified Westcott and Hort, who found and used the Septuagint?) Notice the text says they used their own signs. This is what is done when the moon rather than the sun is used for setting up the year and the festivals.

Notice, from the text, that the serpent enemy wanted the true festivals to cease from the land and, most importantly, notice that they cut down the doors of the entrance. This is done by getting the people to follow the lunar calendar and was done to Israel of old in the Old Covenant. They immediately went to work to do the same in the New Covenant by eliminating the Door Day, known as Passover, changing it to Easter. First they changed the day to a pagan day called Easter and now Christians’ minds have been changed so as to believe such a day is not important and matters not. It took nearly five hundred years for them to completely remove Passover and replace it with Easter. (end of quotes from the book Solar Sanity…) It could very well be one of the biggest mistakes you’ll ever make if you fail to take seriously the keeping of the Passover. If you were not able to observe the Passover on April 2, 2015, the Law (Numbers 9:11) does allow the Passover to be kept the second month (on May 2nd, 2015). This interesting story of the second Passover, recorded in II Chronicles Chapter 30, tells of keeping it in the second month, and is a story worth reading. Should you read it you will find it was a re-institution of it by the humble and sincere (II Chronicles 30:11). However, others laughed at, scorned and mocked it. We hope that this short article is a blessing to you and helps you in your Christian walk. - - - - - - - - Greetings Brothers, Parts of the Old Testament can be a bit monotonous and at times laborious to read. Below are two paragraphs from the “Introduction to the Pentateuch” in the ESV Study Bible. I hope this encourages you and gives some perspective on why it is

important to read these books of the Old Testament. “The Pentateuch (or first five books of the Bible) is not simply the beginning of the Bible; it is also the foundation of the Bible. It serves to orient the reader for reading the rest of the biblical story line. It introduces the key promises that show God’s purposes in history and that lay the groundwork for the coming of Christ. Its theological ideas and ethical principles inform the rest of the Bible so that the subsequent

books assume its authority and appeal to it as they are evaluating people’s deeds and character.” “The Pentateuch gives insight into God’s character and His ethical standards. It illustrates both His benevolence and His righteousness. He cares for mankind, creating man in His own image, providing him with food, and protecting human life from violent assault. Yet at the same time He demands moral behavior, from keeping the Sabbath to refusing adultery or theft. Tales of punishment, from the flood (Genesis 6-9) to the golden calf (Exodus 32) demonstrate the danger of disregarding divine standards.”

Reading Your Bible

Here are a few final observations on Leviticus before moving on to Numbers. Two points came to mind while reading Leviticus 22: 1) God demands (and deserves) reverence, and 2) it is important to understand the context of Scripture. Leviticus 22:3 states: “If any one of all your offspring throughout your generations approaches the holy things that the people of Israel dedicate to the Lord, while he has an uncleanness, that person shall be cut off from my presence: I am the Lord.” As the footnote in the ESV says, this verse is more severe than previous verses that say “cut off from my people.” This passage is directed towards the Israelite Priests. The penalty for the layman is less severe (cut off from my people, not presence). However, taken out of context, you could read this that anyone who disobeys this command will be cut off from my presence, which is not what was intended. Reading the Bible diligently, and praying for wisdom and understanding, (and with the aid of Bible study notes) will help you understand the context and thus the true meaning of Scripture. [Note from the Editor: Regarding Bible Study Notes, remember that they are just that, man’s notes. While many Study Notes can be of great help, in pointing out references and aspects that may be particular to a certain point in time or place, be careful that you don’t regard man’s Study Notes over Scripture. Case in point is the inaccurate and misleading “Ryrie Study Bible.” Ryrie does his best to explain away Baptism FOR the remission of sins, misleading many who believe him over the clear Word of God. So use any Bible Study Notes as just that, notes, and not Scripture.] Leviticus 26: This chapter describes the blessings and curses for the Israelites for obeying or disobeying God’s commandments.

Reading Your Bible

The notes in the ESV Study Bible for this chapter highlight progressive disobedience as: 1) an attitude of disobedience 2) behavior 3) hardness of heart 4) if they continue to walk contrary to the LORD, He will deliver them into the hand of their enemy and 5) finally, continued disobedience will lead to exile. The good news is that God will not give up on us. If we “confess our inequity” and are “humbled,” v 44-45 says: “...I will not spurn them, neither will I abhor them so as to destroy them utterly and break my covenant with them, for I am the Lord their God. But I will for their sake remember the covenant with their forefathers, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God: I am the Lord.” Leviticus 26 presents blessings before the curses, which I think is a good approach when raising children. We want our children to obey us through love, not submission. However, if they fail to obey our rules, they will be punished. Not for the joy of punishment but for the purpose of restoring due respect and a right relationship. I believe this reflects God’s desire for us.

Numbers 1 Numbers 1 is the first instance of a census. In preparing for the census, God tells Moses to appoint leaders of each tribe (“Twelve Tribes”) and lists the following houses: Reuben, Simeon, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun, Ephraim, Manasseh, Benjamin, Dan, Asher, Gad, and Naphtali. The Levites (house of Levi) were not included since they were tasked with protecting and transporting the tabernacle. Joseph was not listed in the census, but his two sons were: Ephraim and Manasseh. The twelve children of Jacob (Genesis 29:31-30:24; 35:18) were: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Dan, Naphtali, Gad, Asher, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph and Benjamin. Moses and Aaron come from the tribe of Levi.

The footnote to Numbers 1:26-27 says: “Judah is the largest tribe. This, like its position in the camp (Numbers 2:3) and leading the nation on the march (2:9), indicates Judah’s preeminence among the tribes. David and Jesus come from the tribe of Judah.” As mentioned, the Levites were not included in the census, and thus not expected to go to war, because they were responsible for transporting and guarding the Tabernacle. This is a good reminder that we are not all called to the same task; we cannot do all things; we cannot solve all problems; we do not all have the same gifts. We should prayerfully seek God’s purpose for each season of our life and then do the best we can at what God has put before us.

Numbers 2 It is interesting to think that there were approximately 2 million Israelites at this time - it was no small task to move the camp. “And when you go to war in your land against the adversary who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, that you may be remembered before the Lord your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies.” Numbers 10:9 I am curious if the military tradition of using drums, fifes and bugles is somehow related to this passage. Coming Out of the Desert

People of Israel, descendants of Abraham Isaac and Jacob, it’s time to come out of the desert. What is it that the desert represents? In the desert there is the city of Babylon, Egypt, as well as a host of other enemies of Gods people, but the most significant thing about a desert, and what actually makes it a desert,one thing; the lack of water! (KJV used in this message) Jesus answered and said unto unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: whence then hast thou that living water? Art thou greater than our father Jacob, who gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his sons, and his cattle? Jesus answered and said unto her, Every one that drinketh of this water shall thirst again: but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall become in him a well of water springing up unto eternal life. John 4:10-14 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, from within him shall flow rivers of living water. John7:38 The only way we will ever come out of the desert is with the river of living water. Why a river? Because a river flows, sometimes slow, sometimes fast, but it always flows. This is the water we must access to come out of the desert. Throughout Scripture, Passover was a significant part of accessing that living water in one form or another. It was the Passover that was critical in coming out of the desert or the wilderness. We all (should) know the story of Egypt and of the Israelites partaking of Passover and leavingEgypt for the Promised Land. If you aren’t familiar with it, then I encourage you to read Exodus, Chapter 12. Here we will look at the many other examples of Passover being significant in the deliverance of our people. But why the Passover? Why would God be willing to offer up His only begotten Son for us? I think there is a first PassoverScripture that is often missed. Consider this Passover type event that took place with our Father Abraham. Could it be that

Abraham’s obedience of God, to the point of sacrificing his son, Isaac, caused God to offer up His Son, Jesus, for the descendants of Abraham? And it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. and he said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him. Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place afar off. Genesis 22:1-12 We all say we believe God, but do we believe Him enough to do as Abraham did? Is your obedience to God enough to move God to do anything for anyone? Why was it our forefathers wanderedthe desert for 40 years?The answer is simple. It is because they, even after the miracles they saw, did not believe and they did not trust God.

Coming Out of the Desert

Many scholars have debated theof time it would have taken for the Israelites to get from Egypt to the Promised Land, but most agree it was about 250 miles. If they could have traveled about 6 miles a day they could have been there in 40 days. But instead they spent 40 years. How long are we going to continue to wander in our desert? Are we ready to come out of the desert? We know that it was the LORD’s will for the Children of Israel to go to the Promised Land and receive the promises given to Abraham, but it took 40 years.How is it that we, too, are thwarting the will of God?is it that keeps us stuck here in this desert? Is it disobedience? Is it doubt, lack of faith, fear? The list goes on and on. What is keeping you in the desert? What sin? What bondage? There are many comparisons that can be made regarding Isaac and Jesus, between Genesis and the Gospels. Here are a few.

Then there’s the Passover of Joshua. Joshua’s actual Passover was preceded by passing over the Jordan River when as with Moses, the water parted and allowed the descendants of the original Children of Israel to pass over into the Promised Land. Joshua’s order was to sanctify himself, which means to make clean, purify, and to prepare. After they passed over the Jordan, before that year’s Passover began, Joshua circumcised all of Israel. And Joshua said: This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you. Then Joshua had an encounter with what is one of my favorite verses in the Bible.

And he said, Nay; but as captain of the host of the LORD am I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and did worship, and said unto him, What saith my lord unto his servant? And the captain of the LORD’S host said unto Joshua, Loose thy shoe from off thy foot; for the place whereon thou standest is holy. And Joshua did so. Joshua 5:14-15 Now I ask you this question, remnant. What saith my LORD to us, His servants? I think He would say, come out of the desert. We see in Scripture that the Passover is a way to come back into order with the LORD. It is a way to clean up your life, or in the case of Josiah and Hezekiah, their lives and the Kingdom. The Word saysJosiah kept a Passover that; Surely there was not holden such a passover from the days of the judges that judged Israel, nor in all the days of the kings of Israel, nor of the kings of Judah; But in the eighteenth year of king Josiah, wherein this passover was holden to the LORD in Jerusalem. Moreover the workers with familiar spirits, and the wizards, and the images, and the idols, and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Judah and in Jerusalem, did Josiah put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the book that Hilkiah the priest found in the house of the LORD. 2 Kings 23:22-24 King Hezekiah’s Passover, along with the land, dealt with the temple.And said unto them, Hear me, ye Levites, sanctify now yourselves, and sanctify the house of the LORD God of your fathers, and carry forth the filthiness out of the holy place. 2 Chronicles 29:5 As with Josiah and Hezekiah, what is it that we need to clean up? What leaven do we need to remove from our lives? What filth is in our temple, our body; both our physical body and the body of Christ, which we are? We, the Church, are the temple. Before we can come out of the desert there must be a cleansing. What are you willing to cleanse from your life in order to come out of the desert? Look at Ezra’s day. The Children of Captivity kept the Passover. Are we not the Children of Captivity today? Ezra also says they had separated themselves from the filth of the land in order to seek Jehovah, the God of Israel.

And the children of Israel, which were come again out of captivity, and all such as had separated themselves unto them from the filthiness of the heathen of the land, to seek the LORD God of Israel, did eat. Ezra 6:21 It was because of Ezra’s obedience and Ezra’s PassoverNehemiah was able to come and build a wall of protection to protect the remnant of Israel. Children of Israel, you the Remnant of Israel, can we not agree that we need that wall of protection which is offered by the Passover and by the heeding of the Holy Spirit? Are you willing to come out of the wilderness? Are you willing to come out of the desert? In Ezekiel’s day the Passover was about justice and righteousness. Apparently they were cheating with unjust balances and measures of weights. They were cheating each other, and by the way, as we see in Chapter 45 they were also cheating the LORD in their offerings to Him in the temple. One has to wonder if there were those that withheld their tithes and offerings because they said they could not afford it, or because they were in opposition with what was being taught at the time. The truth is that they were hurting the entire body with their disobedience, although in time God purged the leaven out of the Body, and the Israelites gained the victory. Thus saith the Lord GOD; Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment and justice, take away your exactions from my people, saith the Lord GOD. Ye shall have just balances, and a just ephah, and a just bath. Ezekiel 45:9-10 Thus saith the Lord: Let this suffice you, o princes of Israel. Put an end to injustice and misery. Execute Judgment and Justice. Remove oppression from my People, saith the Lord God.Let your weights and measures be just. From the Septuagint: Ezekiel 45: 9-10 However there is one Passover that will never bring us out of the desert. That Passover is the Passover that the Jews practiced then and still due to this day. The Passover for show. The Passover where we point out everyone else’s faults and ignore our own. The Passover where we sanctify ourselves like the cleaning of the

outside of a cup when it’s the cleanliness on the inside that matters. The Passover where we do it because people are watching and we want to be seen asholy. The Passover where we forego the weightier matters of the Law and nit-pick our brethren, as they did in Jesus’ day. And the Jews’ Passover was nigh at hand: and many went out of the country up to Jerusalem before the Passover, to purify themselves. John 11:55 When Jesus told the disciples to prepare a place for the Passover, He said, there you shall meet a man bearing a pitcher of water. Could it be that this water was to be representative of the Holy Spirit’s part in the Passover? Was this the water that Jesus washed the feet of the disciples with? I don’t know for sure, but certainly it could be. We know that Jesus did wash the feet of His disciples. Why was washing your feet so significant and considered such a lowly task? Well, Jerusalem was full of dust, dirt, and animals. These men wore sandals. So it is pretty safe to say that it’t a pleasant task. And he said unto them, “Behold, when ye are entered into the city, there shall a man meet you, bearing a pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he entereth in. And ye shall say unto the goodman of the house, The Master saith unto thee, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples? And he shall shew you a large upper room furnished: there make ready.: Luke 22:10-12 Do you think maybe, just maybe, that serving our brethren is one of the fruits of the water of the Holy Spirit? Regardless what you believe regarding that water, can we all agree that it is time to come out of the desert? That it’s time to follow the LORD and cry out for the Holy Spirit to guide us, or do we want to end up like our Israelite Fathers of old? If we do not return to the LORD and His ways, then we will surely perish in the desert, as will our children and their children. Pastor Peters taught us the Passover was the Door Day. To be a door into something, it must also be a door coming from something. Can we not use that same door, the True Passover, to come out of the desert?

I am confident that if we truly have a desire to be free from the bondage’s of this desert living, that the LORD our God, the Father of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and Jesus Christ, will move heaven and earth to set us free. AMEN! I must, however, warn you that this is not a Passover that you want to take lightly, as we continue to seek God’s guidance that leads to the complete obedience He requires of us. I believe that the Holy Spirithas lead me to an understanding of something that I had always wondered about in Scripture, and that is why did Judas kill himself? Why did it bother him so much that he’d betrayed Jesus? I don’t think he had it in him,for the fact that he had partook of the LORD’s Passover. But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbeareth to keep the passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people: because he brought not the offering of the LORD in his appointed season, that man shall bear his sin. Numbers 9:13 We know that Judas was not clean, and yet he partook of the Passover. The weight of the Passover was upon Judas. Just as there are blessings in partaking of the Passover, so also are there curses if not done as prescribed by the LORD in His Word. So brethren, I issue this warning: If your intentions are not pure, if you are a hidden reef in our love feast, and if you seek to cause division amongst the Body of Christ, then should you partake of Passover with those of us that only seek to further the Truth regarding the Gospel of Jesus Christ, then you will be partaking of the curses and not of the blessings. Here and now I declare, as the head of this Ministry, appointed to this position by a man who suffered unto death for you, the Remnant, to know the Truth, that we are coming out of the desert! We no longer be guilty of the sins against the Holy Spirit. We will not ignore the Holy Spirit. We will not grieve the Holy Spirit. We will not quench the Holy Spirit. We will seek out, find and heed the Holy Spirit’s guidance.

Scriptures for America DragonSlayer Volume 3, 2015 We will do that which is necessary to receive all of the benefits of our LORD Jesus Christ, and the promises made to our Father Abraham. It is then and only then that we will once again see miraculous healings, miracles and deliverances. I want to see our people set free from the bondage’s that have come upon them. I want to see God’s Kingdom reign on this earth, for all of us as well as our children and grandchildren. We are coming out of the desert and my prayer is that you will join us. That’s the desire of my heart. Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart. Psalms 37:4 We must be willing to say what Joshua said; What saith the Lord to His servant? Now I know that some of you will not heed this warning, being the stiff-necked Israelites that you are, so I in turn have offered up this prayer to God on your behalf, just as King Hezekiah did. For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim, and Manasseh, Issachar, and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the Passover otherwise than it was written. But Hezekiah prayed for them, saying, “The good LORD pardon every one.” 2 Chronicles 30:18 “LORD Jesus, pardon everyone who is partaking of this Passover that may not know the dangers of partaking un-righteously. You, oh LORD, know their hearts, so do as You see fit, LORD Jesus. To Your Glory and Honor we pray this, Amen.” rr

Oh LORD, Show us the way to come out of the Desert. LORD Jesus we acknowledge that there is much sin and iniquity amongst our people.It sets upon us as a target and tool for our enemy so that they may destroy the seed of Your servant, Abraham. But LORD, I and my household confess our sin and iniquity and ask You, LORD to search our hearts. LORD, search all of our lives and reveal to us our sin that we may come to complete repentance and be cleansed not only from our own sins but also the sins within our Church body, that we may be of full service to You in justice and righteousness for the Kingdom’s sake. LORD we confess that our hands have been fettered and our access to the hearing and obedience of the Holy Spirit hindered, that it has not been what it should or could be. We acknowledge that we have harbored unforgiveness, false judgments, gossiping amongst ourselves and making accusations against our brethren, accusations against Your people. us Father. Reveal to us clearly our own iniquity. LORD, let us hear from You, let us be guided by Your Holy Spirit that our judgments be just and righteous, that they be as Your judgments, for Your Word says, Be yea perfect even as Jesus Christ was perfect. LORD, that is our goal. It is our hearts desire. Your Word teaches us in Psalm 37:4; Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart. So LORD, that is our request. Give us the desire and ability to fulfill that desire for Your Kingdom. LORD, we pray for this, Your ministry. We pray that it be moved and led by the Holy Spirit, just as our forefathers were led by the pillar of fire by night and the cloud by day, until Your hand, through the obedience of Your servants, Moses, Joshua and Caleb, brought them to the passing over of the Jordan into the Promised Land. LORD, grant us that we may be as obedient and as fearless as those men, that we may pass over and enter into all of the promises that were made to them, that are for us today as well.

Oh LORD God Almighty, may we hear from Your lips that which You said unto Joshua, I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you.But LORD, my concern is that our reproach is greater than that. Yea, LORD, we confess our own reproach and that the reproach of our household is greater than theirs.So, LORD Jesus, we request of You that our hearts be circumcised and let the reproach of Egypt, the reproach of Babylon, and the reproach of all of our sin and iniquity be rolled away. LORD Jesus, hear our confession, and through Your grace and mercy and forgiveness and repentance let that reproach, our sin and iniquity, be no more in Your sight. Let it no more be a hindrance to Your Kingdom, nor to my service to You and to the hearing and obeying of your Holy Spirit. Father in Heaven, the Father of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the living God of Israel, my prayer is that Your people, myself as well as my entire household, that all of us would come out of the desert and that we would once again experience the blessings of this the true JerUSAlem. This is the Kingdom of heaven on earth, offered by You to Your people when You willingly offered up Your only begotten Son, the LORD Jesus Christ, on that cross for me and my reproach and the reproach of Israel. Heal me, oh LORD from my sins. Heal me, oh LORD, from my afflictions. Heal me, oh LORD, from all that lays upon me, as sin and iniquity, so that I and my household may partake of that Promised Land and all of its blessings, that we may forever come out of the desert. LORD, we pray that this ministry be as that pillar of fire by night and the cloud by day that lead the Israelites of old. LORD, we sense in our spirit that we are now approaching the darkness of that midnight hour.Oh LORD, use this, Your ministry and the leadership that You appointed, to lead Your people out of this modern-day desert and back into that Promised Land, the Kingdom of the LORD Jesus Christ.

SFA-1103 SW Radio: This high quality world receiver receives all the sta-tions in shortwave spectrums; Scriptures for America frequencies 9.475 and 5.830 come in loud and clear; plus side bands, SSB. This unique digital radio starts FM from 76.0MHZ. The SFA-1103 can decode (SSB) Single Side Band broadcasts though its SSB circuitry, 1 kHz tuning steps and clarifier.
