When you complete the last question and are ready to submit your test, look at the dots on the left to be sure they are all GREEN. If the dots are all green then you have answered every question and may click

the Finish Test button. Sit quietly until time is called. Are there any questions? (Pause to answer any questions.)

I will now hand out the Administration Tickets, Scrap Paper, [reference sheets]. When you receive your Administration Ticket, please verify that your name is on it, and then sign your ticket. If you do not see your name, please raise your hand. (Take care of any issues. If you do not have an Administration Ticket for a student, please contact the school test coordinator to add a student.) You may now click on the [test icon on your desktop or the bookmarked URL] and enter the Administration ID and Login Code. The login code on your Administration Ticket is not case sensitive, so you can enter lower or upper case letters. If you have problems logging in, raise your hand and I will

assist you. Once everyone is logged in, Say: You may begin your test.

If a test session is interrupted and the student is brought back to the login screen, simply have them enter their login code again and they can continue where they left off. If the browser closes, have them click on the icon or URL on the desktop and re-enter their login code and continue their test. If a student starts and takes another student’s test and then realizes it; write down the name of the student’s test that he/she was taking, instruct the student to stop, and find the student’s correct Administration Ticket; contact the test coordinator to reset the other student’s test.

5 minute warning - Say: You have five minutes left.

At the end of the test session, Say:

Stop. The test period is now over. If you have not already done so please go to the last question, click

the Finish Test button, and then click Exit to Login Page.

Be sure all students have logged off and collect any materials (Administration Tickets, scrap paper,

reference sheets, calculators, pencils, etc.) and return them to your school test coordinator.
