High Performanceand good flexibility

The OHP type of screw pump is a dependable and

economical low pressure pump with smooth operation

free from pulsations thus ensuring long service life and

quiet operation.

The OHP screw pump can be fitted with a 3 kW -

7.5 kW electrical motor.

OperationThis screw type of rotary pump with axial flow has

only three moving parts and can be installed in any

position as well as above oil level. The main screw is

the only driving part allowing the secondary screws to

move. The secondary screws act as sealing parts and are

turned hydraulically by the fluid being pumped. There

is only a rolling action between the main screw and the

secondary screws. The rolling action eliminates noise

and vibrations.

FKM sealing as standard in the pump

Electrical motor size 100/112 or 132 with B3/B5 flange,

3 - 7.5 kW, can be connected to the pump. Other motors

are available on request.

The pump is as standard black anodic oxidation treated.

Diagram shows pump installed at oil level using ISO VG 68 oil

Compatible with: Mineral oils: HLP/HLVP

Environmentally acceptable hydraulic fluids: HETG/HEPG/HEE

Oil/water emulsion - oil minimum 5%: HFA

Water/oil emulsion ≥ 40%: HFB

Water glycol: HFC (water max. 35 - 55%)

Phosphate ester: HFDR

High viscosity lube oil

Synthetic fluids such as MIL-H, SKYDROL, on request.
