I started the production by importing the chosen image and filling the page with the image. I made sure the model was centre of the page which meant adjusting the image while on the page.

I then added the title and tag line. I decided to put the title the whole width of the top of the page and wrote it in capitals in order for it to stand out. I chose red and blue as they are the colours that came up in my questionnaire.

I then added the cover lines to frame my main image and sub lines to explain them. I decided to have the stories in one or two words so it stood out from the rest of being the most important. I then added extra detail in red so it stood out.

I then added the main cover line and its sub line. I made sure this was bigger than the other cover lines so people know it is the most important in the magazine, iadded it underneath the main image so that people know they are linked.

I then added the barcode to the bottom left hand side. This is where it usually goes, according to the codes and conventions of a music magazine.

Finally i added the issue date and issue number, this is on every music magazine and it always with the barcode.
