Sports Day 21 JuneBacon butties, teas & cakes.Publicise tea & butties better. Suggest cream teas and little cakes so not toomuch pressure for lots of cakes to be made with the Fete the following day.

Summer Fete 22 June

Ideas so far: Stocks & sponges, Decorate vegetable, Historical displays,

match teacher/ school photos, Splat rat, Shove Hpenny, Treasure map,

Demonstrations, i.e. music, dance, Cotswold voices etc, Welly Wanging.

Maypole, Morris dancing, Auction of wine in a wheelbarrow, jam jars, Plant

stall (Janet), Guess weight of fruit cake.Staff input needed

Barn Dance 5 October6-9pm to include children.SG to confirm maximum hall numbers.EK will speak to new violin teacher for music as soon as she knowsmaximum capacity.To be held in hall (subject to numbers) no bales, just bunting.Invitation to new and existing parents by end of summer term.

CC, EK & ED will be stepping down in September, therefore new Chairs,Treasurer and Secretary will be needed.Chris Donlan may well be interested in Treasurer, Anne Corley kindly putherself forward to be more involved but understandably doesnt want to beon her own.

Suggested that in future may be a good idea to have a sub-committee sothat not everyone feels they need to turn up to every meeting.
