SCPA Meeting Minutes

In Attendance: Collette Cutmore, Emma Keating, Emilie Dallyn, Lisa Porter, Emma Turner,

Cook 4 Books - Teachers still need to collect monies, otherwise handed over at the end of

the year.

Cups & Saucers15 EBay.

Tableshave been purchased, children seem to like them. School may keep CP and

teachers to discuss sounds sensible to us. New tables cost 1188 for 12 and 24 benches

1464. We had agreed to go halves on tables so are happy to give 600, and would prefer tosave other money for bonus items i.e. cameras earlier this year.

Tesco Clothing Info pack should be here shortly and will be sent to CC.

May, Maple 13th

July. Plates to go in bags, ask for helpers on

plates.

Plant & Cake Sale25 May Communication & request for donation of cakes in newsletter.

CC has asked CP about wet weather option? Dont want to get refreshments etc and then

find it is cancelled due to weather.

Shopping list ideas lollies (provide enough for siblings), bins, bacon & baps, water

Teas, Coffees after lunch.

Could coffee be sold using honesty box throughout day?

Need to find out timings of day.

Barn dance 7th

July

EK emailed new head no reply as yet.

Marquee PH to confirm volunteers to put up (IC, OD + volunteers please?)

Notice board + Posters.

Hay bales ED can provide 1 or 2 can anyone provide more?

Bunting LP arranged.

Alcohol discussed barrel v shop purchase.

Refreshments coke, lemonade, water.

Tens licence applied for.

Hog roast too expensive would need to mark up prices too much. All agreed bbq better

idea.

BBQ IC & OD once again volunteered (any other willing dads?)

Sausages, burgers, veggie option + onions, cheese, coleslaw, ketchup. Order bread from

Filkins shop.

Poster done thank you Lisa, to go in book bags, staff room, notice board etc. Keep

putting on back of Newsletters.

Tickets ED to make and co ordinate, SJ to collect and pass on to ED.

Letter to new parents invite to Barn Dance and give details of CC, EK & ED in case they haveany questions.

Flyer to local residents.
