SCPA Meeting Minutes

Teachers need to collect monies, otherwise handed over at the end of the year.

Maple C4Bs 38, so have 83.10. CC email school to let them know.

Next Ginkgo 13 July

Tesco Clothing CC has info and password, will co-ordinate.

8.00 set up CC, IC, ED, OD and EK

8.45 -11am - Bacon Butties 1 buttie, Tea & Coffee 50p Squash 20p, 2 x biscuits 20p

(Oliver & Emilie, Paul Sherratt, Kate Greenslade, Ian & Collette, Emma K, Deano H, Gavin B)

1pm 3.30ish Cakes and refreshments - Tea & Coffee 50p Squash 20p, 2 x biscuits 20p

water 50p, Whole cakes tbc, slices 50p, small cakes 20p

(All to help as and when they can around children)

3.30clear up, those who werent able to help in the morning.

Barn dance 7th

July

Tickets sales 105 (353), likely to have a few more and on the night.

3.30 Friday Marquee up volunteers try and recruit extra at school. PH to arrange

Marquee and bales

10am Saturday set up

ED to ask Mrs Woolaston about bunting otherwise LP to borrow from Filkins.

ET to provide onions cut and pre cooked

Doors open 6pm ED to manage door/ tickets

Dance begins at 6.30pm

Break for 1 bucket & BBQ 7.30pm ish tbc with Felicity - EK to ask also ask how many for

catering purposed and the size of marquee.

1 Bucket decided better than raffle CC to look for cloakroom tickets. Felicity &

Charlotte Holder and Emelia Baldry have kindly offered to help with this + maybe some

other kids.

Jobs & Timings:

Door Bar BBQ

6-7 Emilie Lisa/ Ian Oli to light

7-8 Emilie Ellen/ Emma K Collette, Becks, Michelle, Pippa

8-end Gavin/ Deano Oli, Ian

But all to help fill in as and when needed.

12.00 Sunday - clear up, as many volunteers as possible please. We will light bbq, and have abit of a social to say thank you to helpers.

Leavers presents all agreed that we would prefer to donate towards an event, not

calculators EK to speak to CP.
