As Chief Legal Officer at Stitch Fix, Scott is responsible for the company’s legal affairs. He also serves as a member of the Stitch Fix executive and leadership team. Scott comes to Stitch Fix with more than 15 years of corporate legal experience in Silicon Valley, having served as the chief legal officer and built legal teams at several technology companies. Most notably, Darling served as the General Counsel of Trulia, the residential real estate site, during its period of rapid growth where he helped lead Trulia’s initial public offering and subsequent $2.5B sale to Zillow. Scott also served as General Counsel of Beepi (consumer internet), Imperva (data security) and Danger (mobile), as a Senior Attorney at Microsoft and as an associate at Gunderson Dettmer. In 2013, Scott was a Best General Counsel Finalist in the San Francisco Business Times. An active member of his community, Scott serves on the board of the Palo Alto Little League. Scott attended Yale University and graduated with a degree in Ethics, Politics & Economics. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
