Scope Statement Project Name: LAPINOU ePet-feeder Team GIDAZ Business: Problem/ Opportunity/ Objective/ Strategic Initiative Objective: To create a product that enables the pet owners to be closer to their pets and control their feeding habits from distance Opportunity: IOT (Internet of Things) market has a high demand resulting in creating more connected objects Strategy: To develop, test and launch in-house, web, app based infrastructure and the connected object Project: Scope Description (narrative) To develop, integrate, test and conduct a pilot run of the product before its launch. It is an electronic remote control pet feeder that the users will use to manage the feeding routine of their pets. This product includes food refill system, time schedule, camera and voice recorder. Owner can monitor the pet’s feeding habits via personal on a special website or apps and manage the pet’s routine. The product can alert the owner about if any technical problems emerge via email or sms. In a difficult circumstances owner can attract their pet by voice real-time or in an emergency situations he can rely on company services.
